ROYAL FRESH PIZZA — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

OK so I went to this pizza place just tonight and I must say my experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! I dont know what was worse, their customer service or the pizza itself. You see, I had bought an extra large pizza with 4 toppings and when I went to pick up the pizza and bring it home, I first opened the box and took a bite of it and immediately noticed that it was undercooked and had a strong taste of raw dough. So I immediately went back into the restaurant and informed the cook/cashier employee about my raw undercooked pizza. I even opened the box and showed him and kindly asked if he could put it back in the oven for me for just a little bit longer but he became extremely furious and shouted at me and told me that I was wrong and claimed that it was well cooked.He then grabbed my pizza with his bare hands and said “You see this! This is cooked! That’s when I demanded a refund, which he gave me but was extremely rude....NEVER AGAIN!!! 1...

To go pizza. Order upon arrival or call in. A relative recommended this location, indicating they made good pizza. I was visiting so I gave them a try. Pizzas come in a variety of sizes all the way to X-large. I ordered a custom topping pizza for myself and family at the house. I ordered on site. Owners are wonderful people and the wait was worth it. Crust was not too thin and a pleasant taste. Toppings were fresh a not overly cooked. I just tried out royal fresh pizza after being very disappointed with round table here in Rancho Cordova and omg the pizza here is delicious. I tried there large all meat for 20bucks after tax and the pizza looked very good with lots of good quality meat toppings. I also tried there garlic bacon today and it was very tasty very good bacon. The owners are very friendly with great customer service. Very affordable as well. I'll come here for now on.. thanks...
