White Rock Neighborhood Splash Park — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

The staff there need to be better at communicating. I was unaware that you have to physically, leave the park every hour and a half, and then repay to enter. It was very confusing. We had literally just entered set up are little umbrella and chairs, then all of a sudden the water shut off and they were telling all the kids to get off the equipment that the park was closed for 30 minutes. I figured they meant just the play equipment we just sat down and set up…. No information was given at check in…. I was told 1$ for the day…. So People slowly left, some people hung out and were letting their kids play on the equipment. They were told by staff directly to leave. Nobody came up to me directly and asked me to pack up I was ignored but the kids I had with me we’re sitting down not playing mining there own so I figured it was OK as long as my child stayed with me on our blanket or they would come SAY SOMETHING TO ME THE ADULT….. they finally reopen kids took off…. Apparently, my four-year-olds wristband was taken away without my knowledge and was not allowed to play on the slide. I was never made aware until he came up crying that the lady was mean to him….. once I Confronted her then she went off on me rudely told me….We never packed up to leave. We never repay to enter . If so, one of the staff should of talked to me an adult It was my mistake not my sons…. And to go after my 4 year child but his cousin I had with me kept her wristband the whole time they did not bother her…..only my son….. The manager did come out a few times also did not make contact with me, but saw her yelling at her staff very loudly. It was very unprofessional scolding her staff right in front of people…… this trip took us about an hour and 15 mins to get there from our house we don’t have anything like this by our place and it was supposed to be special for my son and my niece and I feel the staff really took that from him…. I dunno if we will return after how my KIDS where treated by...

I will give zero star for the staff. The way they work there. Totally Racism. They choose on people to whom they want to support. I went with my family and my son. My son was havin so much fun there and I decided to sit down for a bit on the bench where other people were also siting there and they start telling that our kid's are siting here and I told them very nicely I said don't worry I will move when ur kids gonna be here. But they didn't stop talking the guy and his lady were keep telling me to move and they start yelling. I was so surprised that I didn't even refuse to move why u guys yelling for? And the lady who works there she came over and start telling me to leave that place for no reason. I was explaining to her that they are keep yelling for no reason but she didn't even listen to me. this trip took us about an hour to get there from our house, it was supposed to be special for my son and I feel the staff really took that from him…. we will never return to this place after how my SON were treated by the staff there. Well... we went a few weeks ago and it was closed for maitnance. There was no mention of the closure on their website. After making a second trip today July 13th... we drive 30 min to see a sign they are full. I see people leaving so I asked to come in. The girl responds with sorry we close in 20 min it would be a waste of time... I said online it says you are open from 12-7 nowhere does it say you close at 3. Her response was sorry. I demanded a number of a manager which i finally got ahold of aND she fixed the time on website. I then asked the girl at the gate if the kids could go in for 15 min since we drove all the way out there and she says sorry only 90 people allowed... I was like seriously I have watched at least 10 people leave she says well I have to count. I was like look lady here comes 10 more. She again says sorry she has to count.
