Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 Admission is only $1.00 (Parents Free) **To ride the small orange slide, riders must be at least 42” tall. To ride the longer, yellow slide, riders must be at least 46” tall. They measure every child without shoes on at entrance. Pay per session. Sessions times: 1 11 a.m. – 12:30 pm. 2 1 – 2:30 p.m. 3 3 – 4:30 p.m. First come, first served basis. Max Capacity is 90 people. There are 3 picnic tables and limited shade here for parents/caregivers. Families did bring pop up tents, beach tents for the grassy side areas. So my husband went to secure our place and we were greeted with a rather disturbing person who told us that they bought the whole park. My husband called the police the police game explained to the lady it's of public park and you can't buy the whole park, My husband showed his permit, for our bounce house and permission to be at the park. Lady backed off. We waited in line for the water park to find out that the pipes were broken and it wasn't going to work and all of the people party of 20 that brought bathing suits we got to play on a bounce house and no water park. So a little disappointed to say the least.

Solid park. The handful of times I've been I have found it to be quiet and uncrowded. It's a great place to sit under a tree and read or relax. There is plenty of open space for. activities. There are a couple good spots to set up a hammock. Shade can be limited so expect to catch a decent amount of sun. Bathrooms are on par for a public restroom.

This is our neighborhood park. At first glance the park looks decent. However, now having my child play here it is a disgrace to be called a park. Broken glass and trash in the play area, groups of people fighting and smoking within the playground area all the time, and bountiful homeless whom play no positive role here. These are just a few examples of the problems with this park.

I understand this park is merely a reflection of the people that live near by so it’s not entirely the parks and recs fault but things can be done to mitigate these issues. It’s just very disappointing to see our property taxes not being allocated to our neighborhood parks to provide a safe, clean, and secure place for our children. I now travel to other community parks that actually care for...

Great looking park and community loves the water feature. Just be aware that nobody is guaranteed to get in to use the water feature. There is a capacity limit enforced and this includes people in the gated area, but not getting wet or wanting to be anywhere close to the water. People can go in the gated area, set up on the grass in the corner and sit all day without using the water feature and prevent others from getting in. I spent hundreds reserving the clubhouse for my daughter's birthday, just to discover none of my guests would even have a chance of getting in to the splash pad because it was still full from...
