If I could give 0 stars I would, as someone who used to work at this location, I recommend NOT coming here, ever! Go down to the beautiful new store that is White Rock and Sunrise, across from Costco, or if you want an amazing sit down experience go to International and Zin or Gold River. What the customers don't see is how absolutely filthy everything is, from the fridges, to the sinks, to the espresso machines, everything is covered in a thick layer of absolute ick. As for the Baristas, if they look mad or like they're not paying attention to you, or you're feeling negative energy from them you probably are, and they're probably talking trash about you with each other via the headsets they wear. There's absolutely NOOOO Professionalism in the store and they don't follow any of Starbucks policies or standards, including the one's involving open door policies and anti-retaliation. As for the food and drinks, refusing to get anything out of this place is probably what's best for you, my mother got sick drinking a standard hot chocolate, because milks being left out on the counter and out of temp, and the mocha being expired. And they only make sure their favorite customers drinks are correct and of proper quality. (P.S i would post pictures, but i'm probably already going to get in trouble for this comment, but I think the public should know what they're getting when...
Read moreIn all the years I have been buying Star bucks, I have NEVER come across such inefficient baristas. I have yet gone to this store and not had a problem. The last two visits were almost equal in stupidity. Stopped in 2 weeks ago to get a frapp and a $40 gift card. The guy at the window said he was the only one working that why we were in line fo 20 mi utes. When he gave me my drink I looked at it and told him it was wrong. He said no it's what you ordered. Ummmm no it's not .... I ordered a cinnamon dolce frapp, they are not pink.....oh I guess I gave the car in front of you your drink. Would you like me to make you another one Yes, please. Then came the gift card....joke #2 He showed me the choices he had. I picked the birthday one. I gave him $46 dollars (gift card and my frappuccino ) and as casual as ever he asked me " would you like me to activate this now?" That left me speechless. Today we went back in there and ordered a venti cinnamon dolce frappuccino. made with coconut milk plus whip cream and sprinkles. The lady at the window said that they never put whip cream on non dairy frappuccinos. Because it is dairy and I ordered it made with coconut milk. I sad (as nicely as I could) please just put the whip on it. Then she asked if I wanted coffee in it. Again I was left speechless. So my hubby stepped in and answered because I was about to...
Read moreI went through the drive through (7/12/20) at 12:30 and ordered two caramel crunch drinks and told the order taker that whoever made the drink on Friday (7/10) at noon didn't know what she was doing as I took two sips of caramel and then it tasted like milk and ice. I said I didn't want a free drink, I just wanted someone to make the drinks correctly. So the order taker stated they would put in four pumps. I accepted the drinks because they looked like they would be good. Got three miles down the road and again, after three sips the drink tasted like watered down cream with ice chips in it. We were almost home and i didn't want to drive all the way back in the heat. My husband's drink was the same. I asked him where did we get our original drinks from and he reminded me it was the Starbucks on White Rock and Sunrise. I just called the Douglas SB's and supposedly talked to the manager and she made all kinds of excuses. I explained how ever they were making them was not correct as we had had the caramel drink at other locations and they were fantastic as the caramel flavor lasted til the last sip. They were doing something wrong. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would give that rating. I'm writing to the home office with a copy to the Douglas/Sunrise location. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CARAMEL CRUNCH DRINKS AT THIS...
