+Bake Cafe — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

My SO and I decided to stay local for a brunch date and found +Bake Cafe at the Sunrize Center off Baseline and Carnelian. We were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was.

The shop is small, but we were able to grab a seat before it got busy. The vibe was chill and welcoming, and the staff really stood out. My SO had a bunch of questions about the menu, and the staff took the time to answer everything and even gave great recommendations.

We split the breakfast sandwich, which was really solid with great flavor and came with twisty fries that paired perfectly. For drinks, we had the strawberry matcha latte and a regular matcha latte. Both were smooth, refreshing, and had just the right balance of matcha without being overpowering.

After eating, we hung out for a bit. They’ve got games available, so we took one outside, grabbed another order of fries, and just enjoyed the space.

I came to TUS +Bake Cafe for their soft opening because I'm a huge fan of Take Ur Seat. I've gone to three different locations within one week lol.

I like how each location has a slightly different menu but they all do brunch foods and cafe drinks exceptionally well! I ordered my go to iced Pandan latte and the taste is on par with their other locations. At this location, I also tried iced pandan jasmine milk tea and it had the flowery flavor of jasmine with pandan infused so this might be a new go to choice for me when I don't want coffee. I don't know if there is any other place locally that does pandan flavors like TUS.

I also purchased the hojicha banana bread and mini chocolate chip cookies to share with others. They have a large selection of bakery items and small bites! Next time, I plan to try ube mochi waffles and specialty...

Okay besties, I’ve been to Bake Café twice now and let me tell you… this place is an absolute cutesy dream 💕☕

Their strawberry matcha? Sweet, creamy, and totally addictive. I also tried the panda cookies (yes, they’re as adorable as they sound 🐼🍪) and the Oreo Basque cheesecake—literally melts in your mouth.
