If you’re looking for a local gem in Rancho Cucamonga, Old Town Baking Company is a must-visit! This place is all about fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious baked goods. From their artisan breads to their sweet treats, everything is made with quality ingredients that you can taste.

Their sourdough and multigrain breads are my personal favorites—perfectly baked, soft on the inside with just the right crust. And if you have a sweet tooth, their cinnamon rolls and cookies are next-level! They also have a great selection of locally made jams and spreads that pair perfectly with their breads.

Beyond the amazing food, the service here is always friendly and welcoming. It feels good to support a local bakery that truly cares about its customers and community.

If you haven’t stopped by yet, I highly recommend it! Whether you need a fresh loaf for the week or just want to treat yourself to something delicious, Old Town Baking Company won’t disappoint.

Got some " banana nut" bread from Kaiser in Orange County yesterday. The reason for the 3 stars is because on the bread was 7 dollars and the man said 3 for 20. lol! 7x3 is 21 sir that's not a deal at all, but I digress. Second issue I had is that this was not banana nut AT ALL!!! It tasted like regular pound cake with a few walnuts on top. There wasn't even any nuts in the actual cake. Banana nut normally has a brown tint to it due to the banana but nope this was yellow/white like a pound cake. I had my husband and mom taste it to make sure it wasn't just me and they both as well said this was definitely not banana nut. Not sure if the batter was mixed up or they don't really put any banana in here, but I didn't get what I wanted.

Now with that being said. Was it a good pound cake, absolutely we ate the whole thing. Moist, soft, and delicious. Was it a good banana not absolutely nut because there was no banana anywhere in this cake and about 10 walnuts just on top. Really wish it was...

This is a "must visit" restaurant everytime I'm in California. All members of my family - adults, children, omnivores, vegans - love this shop.

The bread (baked in house) is incredibly fresh and delicious. I love that you can completely customize your sandwich without any hassle or stress. Think of the slips of paper used for "all you can eat sushi" or if ordering a Which Wich sandwich. Write your name on bottom. Check off all the meats, cheeses, veggies, and condiments you want. Super amazing for a vegan, like myself. No limit on the produce you can add to the sandwich. Makes it massive and filling. And all sandwiches come with a bag of chips*

If you're not looking for a sandwich, stop by to grab a loaf of bread to go. Or chose any one of their yummy desserts (cookies, cinnamon rolls, tiramisu).

*Vegans: just be sure to check the labels, even mass produced chips like salt & vinegar have ingredients like...

I visit this shop every other week for a loaf of their delicious sourdough bread. This time, I decided to try their pumpkin coffee cake as well, and it did not disappoint! They offer a variety of sourdough flavors, and every one I’ve tried so far has been fantastic. The pumpkin bread, in particular, was phenomenal! The store is always clean and well-organized, with a tempting selection of sweets. They also have sandwiches on the menu, which I haven’t tried yet, but I’m looking forward to it on my next visit. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend this place!

Great service along with delicious and fresh bakery products with the good-quality ingredients. I have been coming to this store for over five years and often buy their bakery products as gifts to give to friends and others. I did a couple donations during the pandemic and they gave me a huge discount for buying their bakery products in volume. I also love the story behind this store that the founder was the chief baker for the night shift on a navy ship during his era.
