This fun restaurant is a great place to bring the kids and the adults. My very active toddler has a difficult time when ever we go out to eat in public restaurants. He simply is not interested in sitting down for 30 to 60 minutes waiting for food then also waiting for everyone to finish eating. It is always an ordeal for him to say the very least. That was of course until the first time that we brought him to a Legends. As soon as we walked in his eyes lit up. The restaurant always has red cars, blue planes, all kinds license plates from every single state, pictures of old Hollywood celebrities, police cars, fire trucks, street signs, Choo Choo trains. Every little thing that a little boy loves. He has so much fun with the music that they play in the restaurant. He has a lot of fun looking around at all of the decor and the friendly staff always smile at him and he gets to interact with every one there. It is always a fantastic time. The menu is full of actually decent food at pretty low prices that I am always pleasantly surprised with when I go in. This restaurant is a definitely a huge success for us. It is official. The Toddler has approved! The service is quick enough to the point where my son does not end up starving by the time the food arrives to the table. It is entertained from the moment we arrive until we leave when he starts to say bye bye to all of the cars trains planes and everything else that is put up on the walls and on the ceiling. Even when the place is packed, the kitchen is quick and the staff if fast. I honestly absolutely and most definitely recommend to anyone with younger and even older children. People and kids of all ages will have a blast here at this restaurant. Two thumbs way way up. Thank you to Legends for being...
Read moreDear Legends, I'm sorry, but we have to break up. You used to be our weekly go out dining experience. The place my family could go and everyone could find something they loved, but no more, you've changed. The fries, the hub of the meal have changed shape, they are flat and hard, you cannot find a single good one in the batch. The quantity of fries went from amazing to pitiful, but that's ok because they are now gross and nobody wants to eat them. You've changed. The change in the ranch dressing is just a slap in the face to all the Legends adoring fans. SHAME ON YOU. The ranch is now awful, processed, oily garbage. You've changed. The salads, my personal go to have changed as well. The meat is salty, the cheese is missing.... really?! The cheese? No pickles anymore. You've changed. The chicken sandwich ordered by my husband was a ridiculous all-bun no chicken ratio of overcooked hard dry yuck. You've changed. The little special things are no longer offered, such as the pickled vegetables. You've changed. The love has left your food and I'm sorry, but my family, long-time staple customers, will not be back. Please feel free to advertise if things go back to normal as we will come "try" Legends again. But until that time I sure hope the company reads the copious amounts of 1 star reviews you are receiving from...
Read moreMy family and I have been going to ledgends in Alta Loma for years! Sadly, tonight was our last visit. We were extremely dissatisfied. Over the years we have watched the prices continue to increase and noticed that less people are in the restaurant when we visit. Today was the worst experience of all. We ordered our meal and asked for extra ranch dressing the order taker said, “no problem.” When we got our meal there was no ranch. So we asked the waitress for ranch and she said we would have to pay 70 cents for ranch dressing per serving. I explained that we asked for it with our order but did not receive it and she treated us like we were trying to rip off the company. So instead of getting us ranch dressing ( it’s a condiment not a big deal). She insisted we pay more money or not get the ranch dressing. Mind you we had just paid more than $31.00 for our meal. I was very frustrated and asked to speak with the manager who reluctantly decided to give us one side of ranch with no charge. And after doing so we notice the staff including the manager gossiping amongst each other and throwing us dirty looks. Needless to say it was the most uncomfortable meal I’ve ever had, and I’ve never felt so I unvalued as a customer in my life! We will not...
