Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

This was the worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen!!!!! I was there around 5:30-6pm 10/10/25... the bathroom was "not working" my blizzard was runny could not sit inside and the table outside almost fell over!!! Caleb the employee was rude and could see i am disabled!!!!! I have cerebral palsy and it is very obvious when I walked in to order, and even though there were several signs saying we are happy to assist...no help was offered what so ever!!! The tables inside were stacked against the wall with caution tape? The table outside almost fell over when i put my food on it!!! they made the Choco strawberry blizzard before the chili dog and stuck it in a little fridge behind the counter, so when I went to eat it was runny and they never turned it upside down either because it was runny I suppose?!!!! I usually go to the dairy queen on mission in Montclair, but I wanted to try another location, so we even drove further from our home in Ontario...big mistake!!!! This picture was in another review , but this was exactly how it looked when we walked in, they just don't want to clean up or do any extra work, same with the bathroom I’m sure!!!! That is a definite ADA violation to not allow disabled person(or any) customers to use the bathroom!!! Buying a cake from Rancho Dairy Queen was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They greeted me with warm smiles and were eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I have been taking my grandkids for an ice cream every Wednesday after school since August. I give this 3 stars because my grandkids like the ice cream and the gentleman who helps us is always pleasant and efficient. However, the tables and chairs inside have been pushed up against the windows out of use this whole time. The bathroom has been non functioning as well. It is what it is. We just sit outside to enjoy the ice cream. Today, my 4 grandkids were waiting by the the tables for their ice cream to be prepared, as we have always done. They were talking and laughing, probably touched the tables while they waited. The 20ish manager comes out and requests the kids wait outside because she didn't want them "touching " the tables. Granted, they were not sitting or laying on them, they were merely touching them as they waited. I'm not sure how DQ operates a food establishment with all these restrictions.
