Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I’m so first things first Iv always had good customer service there never had a single issue they are great.. but most importantly I’m saddened the food portions are minimal went in there today bought a regular chicken bowl that usually would feed both of my little girls it was a bowl and then some of mine. The chicken diced very small(cooks are all different but seems like the portions still smaller). I work construction so I’m all over the place and no matter what other flame broiler I go totally different good portions the chicken is meaty thick pieces. And (yes different locations different owners) but other places give you a chicken bowl deal. I love flamebroiler the food is simple and healthy but very tasty. The ambiance is nice too for such a small simple place it is nice inside with a fireplace and even an outdoor eating area. The salad is fexh,unique and tasty especailly with the sesame dressing. they sell kimchi as an additional product with their main items brown or white rice,chicken,beef orshortribs,vegetables. they have a small selection of canned/botted beverages and the standard soda fountain as well. the brown rice is soft and tasty. they serve shaved ginger is you like it as an accent.Cooked to order the beef is vey thin and tender but flavorful even...

Don't get me wrong here. The foods good. But it seem as this one is either mismanaged or misowned. The employees here have an attitude. On top of that you can't get your own sauces to go anymore. When I asked for some they gave me one measly little container of the hot and magic sauce. Talk about getting cheap. Of course when I asked for more I got even more attitude with it.
