Handel's Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

While the ice cream may be so delicious … I come here and notice and uneasy attitude from some of the workers here, it feels like their racist towards people of color. One employee went as far as to walk around and do nothing while I was at the front of the line, seemed like he wanted someone else to take me but because the other two were occupied he ended up having to take me anyways. I also noticed another review for this location stated they felt racially discriminated as well.

I came here again two more times and the same employee (short guy who wears a phone holder on his hip) did the same exact thing again! What is his problem? Does he not like people of color?

Another thing is I order the same exact thing and get different prices varying from $5-$8...

It doesn't matter how good some of its ice cream is, if you get lousy customer service. I went during their $1.25 cone special days. I noticed that there is no consistency. Some people were served a very small portion compared to everyone else. I ordered the sp ecial and asked for 3 cones and 2 on a cup to go. I was charged $. 50 for lids. I was told that it was to offset the cost of the lids. The bottom line is that they don't want to offset anything, they just want to make a profit even from lids. I asked them why they offered ice cream to go and not offer a freaking lid that only costs them a couple of cents. What if I were to bring my own container, would they discount the ice cream and they said...

I tried this Ice cream at "Taste El Monte Event" it was creamy and delicious , so we decided to drive to Rancho Cucamonga with a friend and my daughter , Ice cream was awesome, service was horrendous. we visited 4/9/17 around 5 pm, the guy who helped us was rude, his tone of voice was demeaning , he appeared to be bothered helping us because we are hispanics, yet, when two white customers came in , his demeanor was totally opposite ( we actually felt racially discriminated ), unfortunately , the employees do not have name tags, so I don't know the name of this individual. I give this store 1 star, and the ice...
