Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Very poor customer service. Went to this area today looking for a particular restaurant. That restaurant was closed, however Jersey Mike’s was near it. I have always enjoyed their sandwiches so I ordered online spending $18 through the app to have curbside service to avoid certain risks with the covid-19. It stated that my order would be ready in 15min. I notified thru the app that I was already there. It said that I was early and that my order is processing. I saw about 5 customers go in and come out with their orders during the time I was waiting. I saw an employee of Jersey Mike’s come out 2 separate times giving customers their order. He even walked past my car and looked at me as he was giving a customer their order. After awhile all the cars around me are gone. Here I am still sitting in my car with a $5 tip to give to the person once they came out with my order. After 35 minutes of waiting, I put my $5 tip up and went inside to get my food. It looked like about 4 employees somewhat grouped together talking and laughing while my order was on the counter with big words “CURBSIDE”. I try not to take things personal. But it gets hard when certain things happens often to only certain people.

Side note: The food was good like always. They didn’t cook the bacon crisp like I requested, no big deal. I just know not to order bacon next time which will not be at this location. You only have one time to treat me lessor than...

Used to be a regular at Jersey Mike's, I've been to this location a few times. Ordered 3 sandwiches and drinks, almost $50. Went to pay with $100 bill and was told no, I explained that I had no change and was still told no. I have a rewards account, I was there with my family, all the food was made and they wouldn't accept my money. If this is indeed your policy may I kindly suggest that you post it on the door? Or on the cash register? Or ANYWHERE? Your employees made food that probably got thrown away. I contacted corporate to just say that I was disappointed and they never replied, I guess they don't care. So I figured I'd just post a warning here. This location only accepts bills less then $20, and will clearly rather throw away food then accept legal...

I just ordered a sandwich at this location for curbside pickup and when I got here I went onto their app and notified them I was here. I waited maybe about 10 minutes (definitely something i find reasonable especially during a lunch rush) and this super sweet girl brought my food out to me. She was very apologetic for the wait and even gave me a free cookie! I was unfortunately unable to get her name but she had freckles and blonde hair. If anyone from management sees this I just want to let you know that experiences like this are what keep me coming back to...
