Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Three people working, one actively making drinks, one attempting to make drinks whilst she chats with another worker who is holding trash bags and gesturing as she chats it up with her friend. All the while two customers are in line being told by the only focused worker they will be right with me. Young Cassandra finally came to the register with the still unopened trash bag (holding it for 5 min while she gossiped and we stood waiting) and asked if the customers standing in line had been helped. I stated that we had not been helped while she chatted. Her response was "Im just asking." Then what do you want? I expressly directed her to watch her attitude as her customers are her focus. Her response was "whatever what can I get you." I ordered and paid letting her know I see the owner every morning on my way to Starbucks and will let him know about her customer service issues. She added a smart-mouthed ill-advised good-bye as I was leaving Starbucks by yelling out

I love their smoothies. I customize them. Love the have different options. Way better than Jamba juice. Way faster than them as well. Normally I get really good customer service. I would highly recommend this place except for the fact that I'm trying to get to work and I've been sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes and it isn't opening at 8:00 a.m. like they said I don't even think anyone's here. It's 8:30now... I should just leave after this review. Maybe the opener partied hard last night or something. But either way we've all had to deal with traffic and being tired. But we still get to our jobs on time which apparently these employees are not doing. Either way, besides that overall good experience. I just think if you have business hours you should stick to them and hold your employees accountable to show up on time. Don't they have security cameras and stuff? Can't they see that their employees are being late? I don't...

First time at a juice it up n last time.. felt so unwelcome just going inn. This was a time where that say when they say Be nice to someone u never know what they are going Through we’ll that was my case. N the 2 girls there made me feel like if I was stealing someone else drink.. I Asked for a drink for me n my bby again first time there don’t know what the drinks look like so when she gave the drinks to the person that came after me I really thought it was mine n took them... instead of them telling me they started yelling at me like if I wanted to take the persons drink felt so bad and Embarrass. Please ladies be nice!! I since paying the girl gave me bad attitude so after that I just wanted to leave I could of been Rude like them n told them what it was but no I felt so attacked I just wanted to leave. I hope see this n realize the behavior n next...
