I recently visited TruBowl with high expectations, eager to create two custom bowls. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a lack of guidance from the staff. Despite the promise of customization, we were given no instructions on how to go about it.

When we decided to add chia porridge to one of the bowls, we were met with an unexpected response: "It won't fit, and I will put it on the side." Naturally, we inquired why it wouldn't fit, only to be told, "You should have told us at the start you wanted chia."

This interaction left us puzzled and disappointed. If the business offers custom bowls, shouldn't the staff proactively guide customers through each step? Instead, we found ourselves paying upfront only to be informed afterward that our desired additions wouldn't be accommodated due to space constraints.

For a place that prides itself on customization, it's crucial that the staff assist customers through the process, ensuring they understand their options from the beginning. This location needs to rethink its approach and improve its system for handling custom orders to provide a better customer experience.

First off, I have to say that I am beyond thrilled to have discovered TRU Bowl near my place. It's such a convenient location, and the fact that you open up at 7am is an absolute game-changer for me. Now I can grab a refreshing smoothie, juice, or bowl before heading to work instead of going to the usual Starbucks. Talk about starting the day on the right foot!

Today marked my second visit to TRU Bowl, and I have to commend your team on the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience.

This level of service truly sets TRU Bowl apart from other establishments. It's refreshing to encounter such a welcoming and attentive team who genuinely care about their customers. I can confidently say that I will be recommending TRU Bowl to all my friends and family without hesitation. They definitely need to experience the same exceptional service and delicious offerings that I have enjoyed.

The workers here did not take my intolerance to banana serious when i mentioned it to them. I am dying right now or it feels like it. I ordered the sea moss bowl and they told me it didnt come with banana but they must not have whipped the cutting board , cleaned the knife or changed gloves or something cause I am very sick now. Proceed with caution at this location if you have any allergies. I had to call out of work and am in immense pain right now. The food was great but the workers really need to be more careful when guests come in with certain food allergies or intolerances. I ended up throwing up my bowl and my stomach cramps right now are some of the worst imaginable. Way to ruin...
