Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

If I could give 2.5 stars I would. I like Starbucks but wow do they get on my nervous! I come all the time and 1 out of 5 do I leave satisfied. It's so annoying! They are always out of the breakfast I ask for the sausage and egg or my favorite spicy chorizo. And I've come super early and still. I don't get it. Then they either make my coffee without enough cream or wayyyyyyyy too much cream, it's rare they make it just right. Which hey I can't be too upset about it but then again dude it's your job, they should know how to make the stuff right? It's like there's so many locations you'd think they would be on point with stalking the food. I hate that I come here for my fix and leave unsatisfied. I just moved here 4 months ago, think I'm gonna try finding somewhere else to go. Just don't know where? I need drive thru and this place is literally down the street so uh! It just sucks that they never meet my needs then I leave more irritated than how I felt before...

Stood at the register waiting for 5 minutes, finally 1 acknowledgedthat i was there, "oh give me a moment", 2 Baristas were working on orders, another one was making her own coffee to go on break, another one was stocking, one just came on duty, stood there another 5 minutes, and still No one even bothered to ask what i would like. As i walked to the door the lead was saying to the in coming employee on shift, no cold bar, how as yesterday, oh thats a nice one, 3 of the 6 made eye contact, but failed to acknowledge that i was even there standing in front of the register. I cound understand some of this if it was packed, there were 3 people inside. Maybe someone will actually read this as this is not the 1st time. For an over priced coffee, this is not how you keep customers coming back to this location. I would highly recommend going to a different location, the one on Daycreek and foothill has their...

This location is not my normal location to visit, but it will definitely be my last. The drink quality is good, the store is clean, but the attitude in the store is pretty bad. I made an order, when I got to the window I asked again if it was made to order in which I was assured it was correct and found out 2 miles down the road that indeed it was not made to order.

I was running late to an appointment, but I wanted my drink correct so I turned around and went back to the location. I was not happy because now I would be late to my appointment. When I explained that I asked twice for the correct drink I was dismissed by the employee that all the tags would not say that. No apologies for the mistake, but she was aggressive in remaking the drink and made it feel as though I was putting her out.
