WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

The girls were so rude and so unprofessional !! First off they didn't say a word to me when I walked in mind you they were not busy at all ! Then the rude little girl that took my order of course didn't listen to me and didn't give me white chicken like I stated multiple times ! Then when my disgusting food was finally ready the other little girl with glasses was extremely rude when I asked for 4 more sauces.. she literally kept grabbing 1 at a time ! This is completely unacceptable they are getting paid $20+ an hour and they can't get a simple two bowl order correct or be a decent human to the customers who are the reason they get a paycheck ! To top it off I called to talk to the Manager and the rude girl literally just set the phone down and went on with her "not working" !! Absolutely trash place I absolutely want my money back I will be calling again tomorrow to hopefully talk...

Today, Oct. 10, 2020 at 1 pm, I ordered at this WaBa Grill!!! I feel so bad that I entered this store, I could feel the lady cashier/staff unfriendly treatment to customers. No greetings, no smiles and yet so rude by asking me questions with a firm tone!!! My 6 year old son chose to eat salmon plate and he was disappointed having no extra WaBa grill sauce on the side.

She didn’t give any extra and yet still RUDE!!! No Customer Service at all!!! I was about to tell her directly but since it’s pandemic- I gave her the benefit of the doubt but I’m really disappointed ☹️ esp that my kiddo won’t eat it as the sauce wasn’t enough and my child is very picky !!!!

The man who was in charge with the cooking was nice though - he smiled...

I like waba grill. But I’ll just order my pickups at the one on Milliken. I do not know why they are just not nice here. I can deal with okay service... but on top of it, when I try to order a phone order they will not start making my order until I get there. I understand you may have some losses... but I’m guessing the majority of people show up to pick up their orders. Or maybe don’t take phone orders. The purpose of a phone order is so it is ready when I arrive. I gave 4 stars because it’s a small business and I do not want to harm them. Food is fine... but please take this feedback. The lack of kindness and service makes me nervous to trust you...
