Subway — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Edit 6/30/20: I received a response from the district manager today, however it did not address my main concern: that I was still charged despite my order never being filled because the restaurant was closed without notice when I arrived to pick up. I now have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to my card provider and have this charge reversed. In addition to that, it will take a while for the charge to actually be reversed. I had a bad experience with this location today and won't come here again in the future. I placed an online order today, 6/27/20, and received a confirmation stating my order would be ready for pickup at 4:35 p.m. When I arrived the lights were on but the door was locked. There wasn't any kind of sign indicating why it was locked. I waited outside for over 10 minutes, knocked several times, called the phone number several times but there was not a single employee in sight and no one answered my calls. I even walked next door to am/pm to see if they had any idea what may have happened but they didn't. I got home and noticed a pending charge is on my credit card. There isn't a way to contact Subway corporate by phone so I had to contact them by email in order to request the charge on my card...

REALLY NICE SANDWICH DUDE! I came in on a late Thursday night and the gentleman running the place (BY HIMSELF) had a fantastic attitude and demeanor! He was busy but never got flustered or agitated. He was very professional and handled my sandwich with care. I ordered The Boss and it was delicious, one of the best sandwiches I've had at this franchise.

My only issue is that the guy ran out of a lot of veggies and other sandwich items. My parents missed out on several needed ingredients and they noticed the flavor was missing from their sandwiches because of it. The guy was upfront about the issue and it's somewhat understandable. He's probably dealing with a weak manager who doesn't properly stock the store, it's not his fault.

We also got some drinks and my parents missed out on getting Diet Coke from the fountain (they also ran out of that lol). The guy made it up to us though and gave us some bottled Diet Cokes since we already paid. Like I said, he was wonderful! I felt right at home at this Subway and the vibes were immaculate.

Getting my favorite sandwich from my favorite subway! Daniela is the best! She Always makes our visits there a great time and she makes the best sandwiches too!!

The one thing I need with my hours is a healthy place to eat late at nite.

The vibe here is friendly and the service is always top notch! The only negative is that is not close to my home but at least it is on the way there.

I wish the half and half lemonade and iced tea was not discontinuing but oh well, the sandwiches that Daniela makes and the friendly vibe Dominic brings as a team is amazing. Some places are good but they make u feel like family!

I give them a two thumbs up for customer service!

If there was any thing disappointing about the place it has to be the chairs and tables outside. They are loose and not that sturdy, so when u sit outside the tables wobble a little bit, but I don't come for that, it really is how the staff make us feel and the food never...
