I’m going to give a personal review and be completely honest. This place isn’t a really go-to spot. The flavor is decent but it’s about the portion size. I’m paying almost 18$ for a large bowl and they hard serve anything. They even weigh the food. That’s crazy. I’d rather go to another poke place where they give way better portion sizes and the flavor is better. This place isn’t the greatest and for that it deserves 1 star. Either lower the price or serve more! And before they reply saying it’s a new person, it is not. It’s been the same guy I’ve seen for years. Once again the flavor is good but this place is extremely cheap with their portion sizes. And yes over the years they have decreased portion sizes. It’s crazy because even if they weigh a little more per scoop they take off some to make sure it’s accurate. That’s crazy. I’ve been to tons of poke places and not a single other place does this. I've been coming here for a while now and honestly this place does not get talked about enough! The poki is amazing, it's always fresh and delicious, especially the Salmon! The customer service is amazing, everyone is super friendly but they always work quickly. I was helped by Anish, who was fantastic! He was at the end of his shift, but was still energetic and helpful. I had some specific requests and he was more than happy to help! I really enjoy poke, its a great tasting healthy dish and I believe no one does it better than Skipjack!

After trying this place the other week, we've been here 3 more times because of the great quality in their selection. The employees are greatly informed and of all the poke places I've eaten at, this place has some unique pre-builds that are already amazing, but can be adjusted to your tastes.
