I just got done doing the Exodus Escape Room here in Rancho Cucamonga. Me and my friend did the Knightfall room, where you are prisoners in a castle dungeon and have to escape. The theme and decorations are awesome and there is some really cool effects that trigger when you solve some clues (I won't spoil it for you). I've been to other Exodus Escape rooms before so I know they are professional and not "gimmicky". The staff is really nice and does a good job of explaining the room you're gonna be in. Their waiting room is big and has places to sit while you wait, (I waited about 2 min before our game manager came out LOL). I really appreciated the good air conditioning especially on a hot day like today. The room had great aesthetic and the props that you touch and use feel solid, not some cheap wooden sword or plastic chains. I did need a couple hints to get out which were given to you on a TV screen that is in the room with you. I appreciated that the hints you get are not "obvious" they can see how you are doing and give you the right amount of help without spoiling the experience. I loved Knightfall and would totally do it again. The staff at all the Exodus locations seem to want you to escape just as much as you do, and I love that. If you are looking for a great time BOOK your time slot NOW! You won't be disappointed.

We completed Pharoh's Curse last Sunday and liked it so much that we wanted to do another room, so we immedetely decided to do Quake Escape (for a 15% discount). After a little bit of a rough start on Pharoh's (needed two hints in the first 15 minutes) we completed the room with no more hints and about 16 minutes to spare. It was really well done with cool room design. I guess we got warmed up, as we than finished Quake Escape in the fastest time to date! Beating the prior #1 team by 1 min 26 sec using NO HINTS. We made the Lobby Leader Board!!! (our first time after about 30 escape rooms) Sam, our game master, was upbeat and energetic and made the experience awesome. Lobby waiting area is quite large, very clean and immersive. Rooms were well done. We liked Pharoh's better, as Quake Escape is a bit older and a bit dated, but the puzzles were very cool and innovative in both rooms.

Our group of enthusiasts visited this location on December 23rd and we powered through three rooms: Villain's Vendetta, Inside Job, and Olympus. Heather, our game master, stayed with us the entire time, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience. I've done over 125+ escape rooms and the level of customer service that Heather provided us is unmatched! The rooms themselves were impressive but the customer service made this location a memorable one! Thank you so much and I could not recommend this location enough from beginners to enthusiasts.

Copied my review from yelp:

I have done the majority of the escape rooms at the Anaheim location since I am from Orange County. They are all excellent. Great themes, puzzles, props, and immersion factor. This location was no exception. We did two games here since we decided to make it worth our time. The drive took an hour and 15 minutes to get here from Anaheim (Friday evening traffic).

Greeted by Brooke when we arrived. She became one of my favorite game masters. She was super friendly and especially helpful during our knightfall game. The first room we did was Pharaoh's Curse. Not going to say much since this room is going to close soon. Second room, was Knightfall. Between rooms, Brooke offered use refreshments because we complained we were hangry and tired after the long drive. On to Knightfall. This was one of the most difficult rooms I have ever done. Definitely would have failed if Brooke didn't nudge us in the right direction. We are a stubborn group and don't like to ask for clues very much since our goal is to make the leaderboard. This doesn't bode well normally because we usually escape just in the nick of time. Knightfall as I said before is one of the most challenging rooms but she knew when to step in and help us succeed. My advice is don't play Knightfall on an empty stomach. You need all the brain power to escape unless a wonderful gamemaster knows when to step in and help your stubborn team....

Our visit to Exodus Escape Room was absolutely fantastic, and much of that is thanks to Heather, the General Manager. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Heather was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain the rules and set the scene in a way that captivated both adults and kids alike. Her patience with the kiddos was exceptional—she answered all their questions with enthusiasm and made them feel like essential members of the team.

Heather's attention to detail was impeccable. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her commitment to excellent customer service was evident in every interaction, making us feel valued and cared for.

What truly stood out was her passion for creating a memorable experience. Heather’s warm personality and ability to keep everyone engaged turned a fun activity into a truly special event. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and that energy made all the difference.

If you're looking for an exciting and family-friendly outing, Exodus Escape Room is the place to go—and having Heather at the helm ensures your visit will be nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Heather, for making our day...
