Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Rancho Palos Verdes

Where do I begin with my horrible experience, I went in the today for a burger with fries I placed my order at 1245pm at 0105 pm I asked if my order was almost ready then I get a response that my order will take another 11 minutes, where has Carl’s Jr. Gone with “fast food restaurant” I can’t believe an order will take 31 minutes to be ready. I had to get a refund and leave without food that is the first time I have ever done that in my life now I am at work hungry and have to wait 2 hours to get out. I will not go back to this place I’ll just go to in & out down the street….Employee marina was yelling at other employees and they were all just out of synch when I asked to speak with a manager they said Cynthia was not there today now I understand why the restaurant was out of order, a manger is always needed to MANAGE the employees… 31 minutes for a big...

From the drive through window, it looked clean inside. In the old days, the person taking your order would help you to get what you want in the best way and at the best deal. I didn't want a soda so I ordered only a burger and a fry. If I had ordered the combo, my total would have been less than what just the burger and fry costs me. When I asked. I was told that I would have to purchase the drink to make my order a combo. That would have been another $3+. It took 10 minutes to get that burger and fry. That is after someone walked in after i had placed my order and received their order before mine. Wait: I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, which was surprising for 2pm on a Fri. It wasn't crowded, but all 3 cars waited quite a bit.

Food: I ordered a beyond patty western style and a small fry. I received a regular patty, protein style with a ton of mayo and tomatoes. (Inedible for me!)

I wish that the employee had repeated the order back to me at the speaker or at the window, but she didn't. I tried calling 5 times and got the message, "This number has a voice mail that is not set up. Goodbye.
