Stuft Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Palos Verdes

Placed an order for delivery was told would take an hour, called hour and half later was told pizzas were on the way they apologized said it got busy. So no problem i wait another 30min but no pizza and kids whinnying at this point. I call again and the gentlemen that answered phone was very rude then i was placed on hold just to be told they accidentally made it a pick up order. They did apologize and offered to send the order for free and throw in wings. They assured pizzas would be made again and fresh. I thought “wow what great customer service”. Pizza came quickly like they promised but when kids went to eat pizza it was extra crisy and uneatable. I realized they sent me the same pizzas i had waited 2 hours for just reheated. I guess since it was free they didn’t want to remake ordered like they promised, although I would have rather paid for fresh food. I live around the corner from this place and eat here regularly. The food is pretty good most of the time my family and I eat here. The service while dining-in is ok. If trying to order pickup or delivery over the phone, good luck. The individuals who pick up the phone are sub-par. When calling in to order pizza for delivery, most days of the week including Friday, they say ‘we don’t have delivery today’. When I try ordering the same meal for pickup, they are out of stock of sausage or other ingredients. The pizza here is delicious; however, the customer service is poor. On three occasions, I've called well before the closing time (at least half an hour beforehand) to order take-out, and the person on the phone has claimed that they are closed. This is infuriating when I've then driven by to see the "open" sign on the restaurant lit up and customers still eating in the restaurant!
