This restaurant is beautiful, but it could be more successful if the staff provided better customer service. The gentleman working seemed disinterested and unapproachable. The food was also slow to arrive, and it lacked flavor. Ordered the chile relleno for myself and my wife the pork chops. This review is based on visiting the first month Victoria's Mexican Grill was open. At that time, the food was substantial and tasty, but the service was lagging. We had to wait for the basics, such as water and a check.

I am willing to give it a second chance and hope by then they are adequately staffed. Also, I hope they have fresh ingredients, like so many of their local Mexican food competitors.

First time here but the food is great and service the best of the best. The only thing we need to see tortillas hechas a Mano HAND MADE TORTILLAS and that be at 200% but overall the best Mexican food in Palos verdes
