I was greeted immediately when I walked in by Elisa. She was so kind. Honestly, I was so hungry when we walked in that when she asked how we were doing, I could only respond with, "I'm hungry." She then said,"we will make sure to get you some chips and salsa right away." And she did. Again, she was so sweet. I think she is the nicest person I have ever met. Soon after that we were greeted by Alex, our server, also really nice! He helped us figure out things we wanted from the menu and made accommodations for my picky children without hesitation. As we waited, we were taken care of by Ava, who continuously made sure our chips, salsa, and drinks were full. The food is good. Many items are still a great price for this economy. However, what made this experience outstanding was the wonderful service we received. I also must add that we came in about 30 minutes before closing, and this was still the service we received. I did not sense an ounce of animosity because they wanted to go home. They treated us like the guests they had been waiting...
Read moreI ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon. If you add meat to the burrito it is an additional $4 dollars so it is pricey but the burrito is huge and tasty. The flour tortilla was the best I ever ate. I took part of the burrito home with me as for the first time ever, I could not finish it with being super full. I was not sure what to drink and they recommended a lemonade slush prepared with fresh squeezed lemons; delicious. The food was good, service was great. I will have to try the Mexican offerings as they specialize in old time, genuine cuisine. I highly recommend this establishment as at 2:00pm they had a brisk business going and I was informed that after 5:00pm there is a line outside. There are many Mexican restaurants in the neighbor and I checked pricing online and pricing is competitive. I was...
Read moreHave gotten take-out three times. First time was their House Special Wet Beef burrito and their Pork Chili Verde burrito. Both were excellent! The Beef is seasoned very well and the red sauce is very redolent of a mole. The chili Verde is also an excellent version of this classic dish. They are combined with cheese and delicious beans. On the second visit we got combo plates with pork tamales, beef taco, cheese enchilada, and a chili rellano. All are delicious versions of these classic mexican dishes. You can be sure they will take excellent care of you on your visit. Third visit was very disappointed with their Chili Relleno Burrito. Instead of getting a cheese-stuffed, egg battered chili inside a burrito we got beans and bits and pieces of chillies. Not a satisfying version of this dish. Will not...
