Food is great and they also have the best carne asada at the butcher shop for your BBQ money can buy (although a bit overpriced) BUT they are also really skimpy and unfriendly here. A few times I ordered a 5$ burrito recently and they ended up making me a regular one which I didn't know the difference at the time. Once they actually opened it back up after I went to check out and took stuff out before they sold it to me for 5 without saying anything, really?! Couple other times they tried to charge me the full amount and told me at checkout they don't have the smaller tortilla size for it today...after I clearly ordered the 5$ one and no one said a word. I mean cmon. Only after complaining they gave it to me with a grumpy look on their face. Also the 5$ burrito has gotten smaller over time. There's absolutely no deal here. You get what you pay for. They just make it significantly smaller and call it a special, it's like half the size for 40% less.. Friendliness could also be improved. But the skimping on their special and how they handle their own mistakes really turned me off and I won't be going there again for a while until I crave some...

Occasionally I’ll go here as I’ve lived here for 15 years. This place was the best when it first opened and now unfortunately the money and popularity has gone to their heads. Quality control has gone out the window. Tastes bland depending on the day I guess this place is a hit or miss. The workers 70% are rude and watch out for the ones working the cashiers they will sneak you from time to time and charge you triple or quadruple the original amount. I guess they think since we live around here we’ll pay for a $25 burrito and a $30 6 pack . Always check your receipt here. Happens to other people I talk to as well. And the owner once made us leave because the store was closing in 10min. Guess our money wasn’t good that day.
