I picked this school online because it was a good price that they offered and the reviews were mostly positive. Because of the customer service representatives I would have given them five stars. They had to deal with me screaming into my phone at 150 dB. I even cursed a little. This was on the voicemail. When they called me back, they helped me and we’re very friendly. I apologized for screaming and cursing. The one and only problem that I had was the verification questions before starting the modules. They ask questions like my favorite color and my favorite type of music etc. but then near the end I had to answer the name at the beginning of the prior module and I didn’t see a name. That blocked me from continuing, and there was no way to talk to them on a Sunday night. Once they explained, and I went back to my modules, it did the same thing. It asked me what kind of animal was in front of the car in the module. I didn’t know I was supposed to remember that animal. I would’ve remembered a question relating to the fact that it was me taking the test, so I do recommend the school, but make sure at the beginning in the end, and even in between that you take note of unusual things like types of animals and peoples names and you’re own verification questions like mothers, maiden name or favorite color, and...
Read moreI had a great experience doing the 5 hour course required by the NY DMV for a driver’s license with Safe2drive. Safe2drive wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was worth every cent.
I read online that the other companies were impossible to reach, whether it be over the phone or whatever, but I called Safe2drive, got in touch with an actual human, got all of the information I needed and was off the phone in less than 4 minutes. Incredible customer service.
The course itself was great, too. It was very thorough, detailed and in an easy to understand way. The system was pretty efficient, too. I did the course at my own pace and it always saved my progress.
When I finished the course on Thursday, they sent my results back to the DMV on time for my road text on the following Tuesday. So everything worked out flawlessly.

I looked at a few other companies that offered the same thing and found this one seemed to have their act together. The course was also less than a lot of others. The course was good and seemed to move quickly and of course prepared me to pass on the first attempt. I used their customer service to submit my completed affidavit and Courtney was quick to follow up with an email and phone call. Actual good customer service is hard to come by these days.
