SAMLARC — Local services in Rancho Santa Margarita

Unable to get simple questions answered regarding SAMLARC billing. 50 minutes of calling...all I'm getting is voicemails and ditched calls! Finally reached someone who confirmed SAMLARC using "Property Pay - Click Pay" for automatic monthly HOA payments". No notation in billing description that payment is being made to SAMLARC!

Also spoke to "Pat" in Beach Club inquiries...hotshot who ditched my call to a non-existent extension...highly irresponsible! When I called back to ask for him, he was "out to lunch"...an understatement for sure!

35 years in RSM...SAMLARC has ALWAYS been difficult to get answers from...you have to keep calling and calling and hopefully, the person who finally answers will know what they're...

Hello your voice away or muted as I wated on hold to see if you were going to send in the forms that I requested and or answered my questions as to how my Tenant can get his pool or park key as well as the HOA Rules and Regs as well as Architectural improvement forms...I pay alot of money each month to Not get put on Hold and not get any service. Also I own 3-4 properties and RSM and don't like the way they don't apply the payments to the correct properties from. If you want to get what you pay for, DON’T USE SAMLARC. I have had nothing but dead groundcover and weeds growing on the upward slope behind my house for years. Over a year ago we started dealing with SAMLARC, and try to get this situation fixed. We figured a little ground cover couldn’t cost too much. They sent the landscape crew three times now to chop down the weeds, throwing debris, rocks, branches and clippings into our backyard and up against the fence. Every time, the weeds grow back, and usually a foot taller since they keep watering them. Recently, they cleared all the dead brush and put in a few sparsely’s separated plants.
