Unable to get simple questions answered regarding SAMLARC billing. 50 minutes of calling...all I'm getting is voicemails and ditched calls! Finally reached someone who confirmed SAMLARC using "Property Pay - Click Pay" for automatic monthly HOA payments". No notation in billing description that payment is being made to SAMLARC!
Also spoke to "Pat" in Beach Club inquiries...hotshot who ditched my call to a non-existent extension...highly irresponsible! When I called back to ask for him, he was "out to lunch"...an understatement for sure!
35 years in RSM...SAMLARC has ALWAYS been difficult to get answers from...you have to keep calling and calling and hopefully, the person who finally answers will know what they're...

Read moreIf you want to get what you pay for, DON’T USE SAMLARC. I have had nothing but dead groundcover and weeds growing on the upward slope behind my house for years. Over a year ago we started dealing with SAMLARC, and try to get this situation fixed. We figured a little ground cover couldn’t cost too much. They sent the landscape crew three times now to chop down the weeds, throwing debris, rocks, branches and clippings into our backyard and up against the fence. Every time, the weeds grow back, and usually a foot taller since they keep watering them. Recently, they cleared all the dead brush and put in a few sparsely’s separated plants.
