La Tia Tacos & More — Restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita

Oh boy, I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is absolutely delicious! The employees are so nice! They have the best salsa bar. Everything from mild salsa to hot salsa. Marinated onions, pickled carrots and cauliflower, cilantro and raw onions and even sliced radishes. I don't think I'm going to have the option to put pictures on this post because I don't see that option showing up, but we got the blackened fish tacos which were absolutely wonderful. We got the California burrito wet. One of us got it with carne asada inside and someone else got it with carnitas inside. Both were delicious. We got their chips and salsa, also very good. We just discovered this place, and visited twice in one week. Food is very good and reasonably priced. The managers are very nice and welcoming. The birria taco special served with the consommé is very flavorful. So many options on the menu -- will have to go back and...

Just tried this new restaurant and if was delicious! Casual, great quality food, good prices. Will definitely be back and great addition to the neighborhood. I hope they add shredded beef taquitos to their menu in the future too....
