Daddy's Dairy — Restaurant in Randolph

Incident occurred 05/19/2019 Staff is usually very friendly at all of the locations. However, tonight (Randolph) I received the worst service. The young lady was sharp, and condescending when asked questions about the flavors. Once my sundae was made, I had to ask for every little thing (e.g., specific spoon for the type of sundae I had, bag, etc...). I told her I felt like I was bothering her. And she walked away. I asked to speak to a manager and another woman referred me to the Braintree location. I asked for her name and they said they couldn’t give out names. Another girl jumped in and said, “use my name” and walked away (first of all I had no issue with no one else but the person I was receiving service from, second instead of deescalating the situation the other employee added to the situation) I left and called Braintree immediately! The manger at that location was very accommodating and apologetic. She informed me that this was the second complaint of the day and she was extremely sorry. I hope they do better with the training of their employees...

It was alright. Service definitely has gone wayyyyy down hill at this location. When I lived in Randolph I remember coming here all the time, even when it was "Minihans" the convenience store. I was passing through and wanted a Richie's slush. I wanted 3 large slushes, different flavors.... The associate helping put all 3 flavors in 1 large.. okay I repeated myself no biggie long day right? Then she proceeded to do 1 scoop of each in smalls... I was nice and addressed it and she corrected it. Then when I gave her my card she immediately asked about a tip... I kinda hesitated since I had to correct the situation twice but w.e $2 tip is sufficient for the service which not only did I receive attitude but sighs and huff and puff.. I mean I get it it was later in the day but no excuse especially if 1 large slush is $6.75... $24 for 3 large slushes served with a side of hot air.... Probably won't be stopping by anymore. Definitely go to Braintree if it's Daddy's Diary or just stop at Dairy barn...

Ice cream was delicious…however the ignorance of those teenage girls that worked the night of July 12th were beyond words…My son went in to get a cover and they ignored him I go in at 859 to purchase already made ice cream sandwiches and they told me they were closed However there were still 4 people purchasing items

*im replying to your comment “owner” I walked in at 859 I looked at my watch and the four others you were helping at the counter then the rude young lady at the counter told me you were closed but proceeded to ring people up from the time my son went in to ask you for lids to the time we left we felt unwelcomed and the ignorance was not necessary this management team should be ashamed of themselves and the fact it was my child’s birthday and we chose your location to give my hard earned money to and this is the service and treatment we received never again will this location get my money maybe some customer service...
