Gotcha Fusion Bubble Tea and Mochi Donuts — Restaurant in Randolph

Everyone is very friendly and kind.

I ordered half a dozen donuts and a green iced tea, which is listed on their menu.

My order took about 15 minutes and it was just me and one other guy who ordered two drinks with three people in the back. I’m not really sure why it took so long to order things that are all off the shelf and need no prep.

Also, the green tea was absolutely not drinkable. It was disgusting. I threw it out the second I walked out the door because one sip and I wanted to vomit. It doesn’t taste like normal green tea, and it doesn’t look like normal green tea either. It’s very cloudy and, it tastes unnaturally green: someone dumped green tea powder into water and let it sit there all day until it got a level of strong that is like 10 times normal tea.

Also, it wasn’t just green tea. It is JASMINE green tea. I hate Jasmine.

I will not order tea from there again.

The donuts were good. Some were definitely a little harder than I expected. The mango and strawberry were fresh and delicious, the rest were varying levels of harder. Either they were made earlier and they’ve been sitting around all day or they were a day old. I don’t know.

This place is brand new, and I want them to do well, because there isn’t a lot in this area. Hopefully they can remedy these issues and make it better.

There is a ramp to get you onto the sidewalk to get inside and then there’s one step to open the door and the door is quite heavy. Somebody on staff opened it for me to leave which...

Amazing food, drinks and fun staff.

The mochi donuts are light, chewy and airy. Not early as sweet as American donuts either which is a good thing.

The taro milk tea I got was very creamy, and not overly dark purple like some other places.

The Korean potato half and half corn dog was yummy. Imagine a corndog stuffed with cheese, then battered and fried with little pieces of French fries on the outside. Crunchy, savory, and amazing cheese pull. I would highly recommend it with mustard.

Last but not least is the popcorn chicken. It is done very well, and extremely crispy. Pretty sure if you ate the chicken at midnight you'd wake folks up, that's how crispy it is. It's also packed with flavor.

The staff were all super nice, laughing and having fun working with each other and interacting with the customers.

This is easily probably one of, if not the best new restaurants to open in the Randolph area...

I found this Gem of a coffee shop with my cousin and my children. It was amazing!! We ordered corn dogs with a Heavenly melty cheese inside,, I don't know where he sources this cheese but it was so good. The family also ordered Boba Teas and soft serve ice cream. The boba teas were good but when the Owner David gave us Vietnamese Coffee sweet and salty kind to try.... 💣.com!!! It was one of my most memorable coffee experiences I've ever had. The Ice Cream was magical almost a Marshmallow flavor in the background,, and it was thick not your regular soft serve by any means. And did I mention he gave us the coffee for free!! Thank you again Dave it was awesome,, Everytime I go to pick or drop off my cousin I will surely stop in. Dave and his Daughter have a Unique relationship and you can tell they love each other a lot,, God Bless Them. If I could give 6 ⭐ I would!! A must try,, highly...
