McDonald's — Restaurant in Randolph

This afternoon I was in the store with my family waiting for my order, and I noticed the associate dropped my bag my food on the floor and everything spilled out on the ground. The sandwich and fries. Another associate quickly stood in front of it, picked up the sandwich, wrapped it back up in the paper and sat it back in the bag on the counter, and then got a broom and swept the fries up and threw them in the trash, I watched I saw my order number on that bag. I watched intently. Several associates blocked my view. I saw a young lady get a new bag and put new fries in it and brought me the bag ,I was hesitant to confront them because I have been in the store where it’s gotten kind of hostile so I decided not to eat Sandwiches because I didn’t know which one fell on the floor and I didn’t wanna cause a seen because I had my small child with me so I threw it in the trash. When I arrive home, I called and spoke to the manager I don’t remember her name and she admitted seeing what happened and then she tried to convince me that she threw that bag with the dirty sandwich away and gave me all new sandwiches and I told her I said I never saw anyone throw the sandwiches away. I saw someone throw the fries away, but she swears that , she saw what he did and she assured me that she would speak to him. I just felt like that wasn’t enough. I thought that was disgusting. He was willing to give me a sandwich that fell on the floor to feed my child , shame on them. I’ll never go there ever again. I wish I could spoken to the owner and inform him, although she was apologetic. It’s just not enough, but she assured me that she would have a stern conversation with this associate, he should be terminated, I wonder how many times they have pulled this on...

If I could give this Macdonals and the employees a 0 I would, after looking at some of the reviews it seems like McDonald's does not give a crap about the issues at this place, its not the first, second and third time I have an issue, always give the wrong ord r or I either employees don't follow instructionsand I just had to suck it up with whatever I got, so today I came to drive trough, food is never ready, so they told me to stand aside not in of the spot because it was full, and never came up with my food after waiting for 25 minutes I came to the drive-through and asked what happened with my order I was really upset that's at the pointi just wanted my money back, I asked to speak with a manager the lady said oh I'm the manager, she walked away when I'm taking I waited and waited to see if someone ele was coming to help me out, when I see the police standing by the passengers seat, did notunderstand what was all about, because I just wantedmy money, police said oh you need to call corporate if you need your money, poor customer service really, they really go work because they have bills to pay and do not have other option its not really because they like doing what they doing, th so-called” manager” talking Cape Verden creole like I don't speak the language, if the managers wants to make fun of a customer they need to wait till customer leaves, WHAT A SHAME on the Macdonals all issues customers have, looks like they don't do anything about because I have not seen an any of the reviews Macdonals reply back to see what...

On 9/4/23 at approximately 1:21 pm I went through the drive thru and a gentleman (MOD) was making my iced coffee. I was observing him make the coffee when I saw him intentionally pull some hair off his beard and sprinkle it into my ice coffee and then proceed to mix it!! I was mortified. When he went to give me the coffee o told him that I saw what he did and he was like “what?” And I said “I saw what you did and that was disgusting, give me back my money” and he so casually went back to the register and gave me my money back.

This is clearly something he is comfortable with doing and he obviously has down this in the past. I can’t even imagine home any people have eaten his facial hairs that he is intentionally placing in peoples drinks.

You guys have cameras… I saw one right above where he was standing. Please pull the camera and you need to immediately fire him because you are allowing this person to work for you and there is no way that I am the first person to see this! He is completely disgusting for doing this. This is a McDonald's that my VERY large FAMILY frequents often…however, after this nasty act, we will NEVER go back to this location.
