Sunnyside Cafe — Restaurant in Randolph

I took my client today for breakfast lunch and there were only 3 tables full, and we ordered our food. We specifically asked for wheat bread with one order, and one omelette plain with no cheese and nothing else. When we got our food they brought both order with white bread so my client ate half the omelette till they brought the right bread, and I started eating my omelette and after I ate quarter omelette I started feeling odd in my mouth because I don’t eat cheese, and sure enough despite of bringing me plain omelette she gave me omelette with cheese inside it was disgusting and I was not even feeling good. She went to speak to the owner and she said sorry and took out one order from my bill in fact they should have waved the entire check because they screwed up on both order and they were not even busy at all, the waitress was a family member and I do not think this is a good place! Been here over a dozen times and everytime the food was delicious and the servers were amazing, always left at least %20 tip, then I went there a week ago. They were fairly busy, we ordered our food and coffee, patiently waiting for our meals to come. After about 10 -15 minutes, I had finished my cup of coffee. I tried to make eye contact with my waitress to ask for more coffee and she angrily snapped at me saying "your food is coming!" Not once had I asked for anything since she brought us our coffee. I couldn't believe the level of disrespect from her. I was so appalled that I honestly will never come into this business again and that upsets me because the food is very good. Oh well. One of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Please leave Chicken and Waffles to Black people and other trained cooking staffs. No one deserves to be fed their sorry excuse of 'cocunut' on chicken. If you want to feel depressed. Please purchase this so you can taste 'emptiness'. Yes the food was disappointing but even worse was the service. I tool a bite and promptly sent it back as it was ineatable. They took it back and i ordered something simple. To my surprise when the check came they still charged me for the horrible meal that I sent back. Wow. I gave 1 star only because the server was nice.
