I stopped in for lunch during work after someone recommended this spot since I’m not familiar with the area—and honestly, it was a great call. The place is pretty small and clean, with a dining area that looked like it’s usually open, but it wasn’t available when I walked in. It felt more like a grab-and-go or takeout spot, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. The staff was super friendly, and the menu was huge—offering everything from Italian and Greek to even some Mexican options. I ordered a few different items, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The Italian sub and gyro were packed with flavor, and you could see them prepping everything right behind the counter. The spicy fries weren’t really spicy, but they still had a good kick of flavor. Prices were super reasonable too. I’d absolutely come back to try more from their menu—it honestly impressed me more than I expected.

Ordered dinner tonight spent close to $50 for a buff chicken finger dinner potato skins and a Greek salad to be completely disappointed. The potato skins were hard and very thin and almost nothing to them, Greek salad was only a tad bigger than the side salad that came with the buffalo chicken finger dinner and the buffalo fingers were hard as a rock. We used to love ordering from here but after this I can’t say we will order here again.

BEWARE...SAVE YOUR MONEY!Horrible Horrible Horrible...ive been ordering there for years and am wondering what the hell happened! Here is an Italian sub?? With just a couple pieces of meat??? A large meatball with sausage..with 2 tiny meatballs and 1 sausage sliced in half. If your hungry order elsewhere..should have stuck with Brothers in Weymouth. I called and received no apologies or offer to fix this disgusting order.

The one star isn’t for the food, which actually is good. I had never given anyone a bad rating and rarely call back to complain even when my order is incorrect, but their professionalism is so bad that I will never go there again and for me to give anyone a poor rating, it must be bad. I had been ordering from them via phone or in person for years and this past year I had been treated not only on one occasion, but twice now, unprofessionally to put it nicely. Unfortuney, I can’t count on my hands the number of times my order has been wrong. This particular day, the young lady taking the orders was arguing with one of the coworkers in between my husband placing our order. Needless to say, she botched the order and put the blame on my husband. When I called, all she did was talk over me not allowing me to speak. I asked to speak with the manager and was placed on hold. The manager refused to speak with me. Again, the young lady continued to talk over me after multiple times of saying, “excuse me I'm trying to speak and you’re cutting me off”. “He didn’t specify”, she said placing the blame on my husband. It was a garden salad with tuna and creamy Italian dressing. Hmm, even if he didn’t specify which he did, why didn't you ask what kind of dressing and what happened to the tuna? No tuna and wrong dressing!!! I asked, for the second time, to speak with the manager. She replied, “he actually just told me to hang up on you”. While she’s still talking over me, because she really didn’t allow me to speak which at this point I was so upset my response was, “poor etiquette, poor etiquette” and hung up. The front staff is in serious need of customer service training starting with the manager. I can honestly say that approximately 80% of the times I came in, one of the staff is arguing with one another. How can you possibly be paying attention to someone placing an order when your attention is on another coworker and the need to raise your voice to them. Sadly, I won’t be eating there again. Get the orders right, accept accountability and learn to listen. Like I said at the beginning, the food is good, but not worth the aggravation and having the orders taken incorrectly...

My husband is an over the road trucker who owns his business. I ride with him as much as I can since I own my because and can do most from any location. We are also a traveling ministry, my husband being the pastor. We work insane hours, go into places most don’t want to and we reach out to those at their lowest to help them rise. That being said when we get parked at a new place after an insanely busy day, are exhausted and because of our semi are limited in where we can go so periodically we order out and often are disappointed in one area or another because things are made incorrectly, or forgotten etc. Tonight being beyond mentally and physically exhausted, having an even larger day tomorrow we just wanted something delicious and fast. My husband ordered the new Buffalo Chicken sandwich with spicy fries and an extra side of bleu cheese; we also got an 3 combo Italian crust pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and tomato asked for extra sauce and for it to be well done. We also ordered fried Mushrooms, 2 extra sides of ranch, 2 extra sides of marinara (they sent 3) and we got a 2 liter of soda. And not only was our ordered delivered by an incredible driver named Phil in a very reasonable time especially given is Super Bowl Sunday but also everything in our order was perfectly right! They even took care to wrap the sauces in in aluminum foil to prevent leaking, all of the portions were enormous and worth every dime! FINALLY these two very hard working customers were way above and beyond satisfied and will be repeating customers anytime we’re in town! Thank you so much we truly needed it today especially! May God...

I used to go here all the time years ago when I lived in Randolph. I would always get the three piece fried chicken with rice. Sometimes, my mom would get me two orders! Then one day, I was with a few friends and I ordered the three piece fried chicken with rice but somehow they thought I meant fries. When I got my order with fries, I went back and kindly said I ordered it with rice. The older gentlemen (who I assumed was the owner) yelled at me saying 'you said fries!!! Fries sound different than rice!!!' And angrily took my order back.

Since then, I've never gone back. I wish I would have said something back then, but I was young and shy. Now, it would have been a different story.

I would also like to point out that sometimes my fried chicken was not fully cooked. The meat inside was cold and once I found blood.

This was years ago, so I'm sure the staff has changed and so has the food. But really, there are better places in Randolph to go to other than this place. Zobras' Pizza up town is far much better. Better food, better...
