The time of the day is 2130 flat February 9, 2024. I check online to see if crumbl cookie is open and it is. I am joyful at the moment as I have been awaiting to get such a nice dessert. I get here at 2200 flat as online it states they are open till 0000 on Fridays - Sundays. I approach the door with 2 other people as a group of 3 as each of us wanted to enjoy it. We check the door and it is locked sadly. We look inside and see workers hiding in the back. I double check by calling them as I noticed 3 workers total earlier before they hid. I am left with no answer on the phone so I leave a voicemail. I notice I am not the only one deceived as a door dasher with 3 orders is also denied entry as it is locked. All 4 of us are left disappointed as he couldn’t fulfill his deliveries and I couldn’t satisfy my desires I then notice it states in print on the window they close at 2200. On January 12, 2024 came into the store at a much later time at exactly 2334 and was allowed entry. The inconsistencies of this stores hours do not make sense and the fact that no workers answered my call left me disappointed. I will never return to this store and will also be telling others not to go. I hope those reading this review have a much better day as now I have wasted gas, have yet to satisfy my love and desire for cookies at this moment and am now left feeling a heavy burden as I left with goal that became unachievable. Please do update your websites so this doesn’t happen to others. I will never return and I will ensure all I work with don’t as well.
I would also like to add that when another man approached the door for his orders they proceeded to hide in the back even tho he had already seen them. What kind of store workers would do such a thing to a customer, better yet a man trying to help others and promote the...
Read moreI understand having to wait 35 minutes on the first few days of this place opening, but today there was like 6 people on there and they got there after I did and all left before I did. I eventually, after standing for half an hour, had to confront the employee I had asked politely when I first walked in how long it would be for my order. She never told me how long it would be. In fact she didn’t talk to me again until I demanded to know why she never came back with an answer. 35 MINUTES.
Then she says “you left so we used your cookies to fill someone else’s” I didn’t leave once. I came into rapid for cookies and only cookies. THEN she said “we don’t have the kind you ordered so it will be 20-25 minutes before those are done.” So I’m supposed to wait over an hour now? That’s just poor customer service that needs to be fixed. I won’t be going here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone either. On top of that, she said she had one maple left, I asked for that and 3 pumpkin, then one sugar to replace the cheesecake one that was going to take 20-25 minutes to make. She didn’t even give me the maple.
I highly do NOT recommend this place. The cookies are good, but not worth the price of them when you add on standing there for an hour potentially to get the right order and the terrible service. If there was a way to give a negative star review, this place would...

I walked into an empty storefront minus the maybe 8 teenage kids working in the back. I had never been to a crumbl and have heard great things about it. A man walked in behind me and was clearly as confused as I was in how to order. We both probably stood around for 3 or 4 minutes and finally the guy behind me yelled something along the lines of “this is how you treat customers? You don’t greet them or try to help?” Then walked out. I felt like doing the same thing, but I had my kid with me and I promised him we’d try it. These teenage kids that were “working there” could care less about that outburst from the man behind me. I finally walked to the side to look at the machine to try to figure out how to order, when two teenagers walked in behind me. The kids that were “working” greeted them and helped these two teens.I finally walked up to the front again then said “hello!?!” When someone finally came to help me.
I understand that Crumbl is a chain, however as a business owner myself, I would NEVER tolerate people working like that for me. Find better workers, give them training, or perhaps maybe hire an adult to make sure they greet and or treat paying customers with respect. That was hands down the WORST customer service from any eating establishment in all...
