Excited to see the "We proudly serve natives" sticker st the front entrance. Atmosphere seemed good upon entering. When we got up to order, staff was not smiling, restaurant was slow. Ordered at 415pm. We all ordered burritos. The man placed if I had to guesstimate approximately 30 grains of rice(the cheapest grain on the planet) upon our burrito Wraps. After asking for me he acted shy to even give any more. This continued on as we went through the line. All contents were scarce and we had to ask for regular amounts that they used to place upon a regular order. After paying, all the tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table. Carpet in front of the drink machine had dried steak on it with dirt everywhere. There were flies present crawling on tables and floors. Condiment table was also dirty. Staff seemed more busy with socializing with each other rather than maintaining proper restaurant cleanliness. Overall, I will not be ordering Qdoba anymore. I have eaten at this location several times in the past and did not experience anything like this. Total bill was $39 and some change. I'll be taking our business elsewhere. The windows haven't been washed in along time with dirt and hand prints present. Overall Staff cleanliness would be rated a 0 as Staff members had long hair exposed messy with no hairnets. I can't recall if gloves were worn or not. Sauce was splattered on the walls at the tables and the paintings. Underneath the drink machine and condiment table it appears it hasn't been swept for years. I'm terrified to know how or if this location sanitizies...
Read moreWaited over an hour for an online order. They were busy so I was willing to wait a bit longer, but they were serving people that walked in right away and they would serve anyone that complained immediately even though many others were waiting. Poor management and led to a massive overflow of people waiting.. shouldn't have let people online order if it was such a delay.. greedy.
Update: For some unholy reason my family decided to eat here again 3 years later. Of course our order was horribly wrong, and my family of 5 (despite getting different meats) was throwing up out of both ends worse than the exorcist. I wouldn't feed this food to my neighbors dog, I don't know how much they paid to get so many high ratings but I guarantee they paid alot to get it so high. Read the 1 star ratings. You're better off eating a microwaved dog turn than this abomination of a restaurant. Hopefully Elon Musk/DOGE fires the health inspectors here because they clearly aren't doing their job. I've safely eaten at every taco bell in town 100 times, so any restaurant worse than Taco Bell is an abomination to society. Abandon all hope ye who even drive by this catastrophe of an...
Read moreCustomer service at this location is awful. We ate on 9/14, and one staff member (no one had on name tags so I cannot complain directly) treated my family horrid. One of our children has food issues, and we have always ordered the same thing: nachos, beef, cheese, mild salsa. The staffer talked so quickly and quietly that I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times before I finally realized we couldn’t get that as a “kids” meal (even though it’s been no problem previously). When I asked to change it to an adult meal then, I got a sigh, the bowl slammed down and ingredients slammed into the bowl and flying everywhere. We ended up with a bowl of what looked like dog vomit that was then shoved at the next person down with a huff. When I asked for my tortilla chips to be added to my nachos before the toppings, I got the same huge sigh, slamming of the bowl, eye roll. My other child asked for rice on their tacos and ended up with about 2 grains of rice (which is the cheapest thing they offer, so come on). I was previously certified serve safe and saw multiple violations and cross...
