Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Rapid City

My wife and i came into Noodles and company 9-12-2025 @ 2:40 pm. We waited a few minutes to order. When it was our turn to order we were looking at the menu to tell the cashier what we wanted and she very rudely said can u step aside so i can help the guy behind you. Not one time at all did she say anything like that to the people in front of us. When we ordered our food we asked for water cups. After she rang the order in and paid she rudely handed my wife the receipt and order number. When she brought the food to the table, she slammmed the food on the table. I said thank you. She ignored us and didnt say a word. I must say that the customer service completely sucks and needs to be addressed. The way we were treated is unacceptable. We would like a call from management or corporate. Very disappointed. Food...

We visited this place yesterday and we had a great experience. The staff there were friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that our end result would be great.

It was our first time there and they took the time to explain what they had, the different types of noodles, sauces and more. They asked what kind of food I normally like, spicy and not spicy and so forth. I am a vegetarian on keto - again, they took the time to tell me which sauces had meat and even looked up ones they were not sure of. I felt like they really cared about me and that's hard to find in restaurants sometimes - its a fast paced business. Also, the food was amazing which is also a plus.

First off I had to drop a star simply because they got rid of the orange chicken. This was arguably one of the most popular dishes on the menu!!! Why Noodles???? Even after dropping it most stores could still throw something similar together but no longer. They also don’t offer different size options anymore on potstickers. One size fits all now I guess.

The person at the register wasn’t very knowledgeable on the product but fortunately another employee was listening and jumped in to help answer questions.

The dining room isn’t very large and over half the tables only accommodate 2 people so families are limited.
