Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Rapid City

Great morning to everyone!! First and foremost, Marco's pizza on Mt. Rushmore Rd. is one of the cleanest and most welcomed places I've "EVER" been to in my life! The place has always been clean, smells good ( like fresh food) the parking lot is clean, windows are very well kept and clean, as well as the welcome Mat, the floors, counters, the oven, all common and work areas. The Employees are more than employees, they have so much respect and courtesy that ur more like family. I don't remember the names of all the people (family) that works there, but to name a couple, Dylan, Jack, Trey, are phenomenal, as well as everyone else there !!! Even under an extreme amou of pressure (40+ pizzas &ect ordered) they maintain calm cool &collective composure and their attitude of being overwhelmed stays very calm with constant smile,laughter and happiness like people who really enjoy what they do and making EVERY customer happy that they can. Some people it doesn't matter what you do you can't make them happy but at least the employees know that they have 100% in trying to do so. The food is absolutely delicious, my family and friends have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. So if you want great people who go above and beyond to make you an amazing pizza as well as their other menu items, Marco's on Mt.Rushmore Rd is Definitely the best place to go. First time for me ordering pizza at Marco's. I decided to try based on their recent half-price promo offer. Glad I did! Ordered a deluxe online for pickup and to pay at the store, which impressed me that they'd take an order and make the pizza and trust me to show up and pay. It's a ten-minute drive from my place to the store, and my pizza was ready before I arrived, even though they were very busy. Cashier lady was super friendly, and the staff members were hustling their butts off making lots of pizzas. I was surprised by the large size of the pizza and the generous toppings. The thin crust was probably the most enjoyable pizza crust I've ever had, as I am not a fan of too much "bread" and prefer a variety of toppings. The thin crust also re-heated in the microwave pretty well without getting tough, though of course it didn't stay crispy in the microwave. The red sauce was a little sweet for my tastebuds, but I understand many people love that sauce. Next time I'll try a white sauce pizza. Point being there will be a next time for me,...

Disappointed to say the least...for about the last 6 mths... haven't been able to order grilled chicken on a reg. Greek salad. I have to literally call to ask after ordering online or ask when I go to pick up. I use to rave about the salads...just picked up two salads and got home to Sturgis and hardly any lettuce in the bowls. The lettuce was in huge pieces. The sliced meat that was in my other salad was not separated out just in a clump. Didn't know I needed to prep my own salad. I would say since ur customers are prepping their own salad and hardly any lettuce.. lower the price. Unfortunately we probably won't be back. No.. I didn't call the store...I doubt it would do any good anyways.i have had good experiences previously at this location......
