Forgot to bring marinara with breadsticks which honestly I won’t eat them without. Driver said he would bring them back I gave them a $10 tip and said thank you very much I’m really sorry but I did tell them to please bring marinara twice. Then the owner called when he got back and said they are not bringing it back and said he did not care about my business even though I explained we’re working in the area and have been ordering large orders several times a week from them. Called corporate and never got a callback. Havent ordered in two weeks. After 10 o’clock in Flemington nothing else was open we just got done working so I tried again for pick up but from a different cell number. Person that answered the phone knew nothing about the specials they were running got very confused and then told me half an hour for pick up. Got a callback from a lady I think was the manager and I was on the other line. I called her back and she had to retake my entire order and said it would be 10 minutes. I double checked the pizza boxes to see if my orders were correct, one pizza was not and ice cold. I addressed it to the cashier who was friendly and understanding. He asked the manager (who was preparing the pizzas) to make another one. Manager was extremely hostile and rude. Clearly showed him on my phone of what I ordered and he told me he will prepare another pizza, but I have to pay for it again. I placed my order at 835 pm. 15 minutes later I received a phone call from the manager saying that they couldn't deliver because their driver hadn't returned to the store yet from their last delivery and that it would be late, being I was at work I could take a late delivery with no issues as long as it was hot. The manager then told be that i could come pick it up. I said no I had paid for it to be delivered and was unable to leave work. The manager then said I was too far away and that she couldn't make her driver deliver to me (I'm 5.5 miles away, this is not far). The manager then said she was canceling my order then hung up on me.
