I do not recommend this location, nor would I even give this location a One star. I'm not one to leave a bad review but the way the store manager (Christopher) had spoke to me (a paying customer) was completely out of left field and disrespectful. For someone who's been working in the customer service industry for the 15+ years, I would NEVER hire someone as a store manager who speaks to customers this way.
To explain further- this was my fourth attempt with giving Dominos a another go considering they kept giving me free pizza's due to their negligence (first three times they kept forgetting items on my order and charging me wrong amount) Not to mention charging someone who didn't order items and NOT issuing a refund is ILLEGAL but the store manager said the best he could do was give me a free pizza which is still had to pay 4.99 delivery fee plus tip. I'm not one to complain so I took it for what it was. I've never ordered a delivery from somewhere where they wouldn't deliver an item they forgot. I live five minutes away from location (i do not drive or i would've never ordered delivery to being with) I asked if they can simply deliver the items that were not given to me. Store manager would not do it (said they're busy the rest of the day and won't be able to come out) Best he can do is give me free item next time I order. I've never heard of this type of protocol in my life. Normally when something isn't delivered (due to their mistake) they will apologize and give the item that was suppose to be with order. Not at Dominos in Raritan!

But then they put it - fine..mistakes happen. So I asked them to correct it. The store/shift manager (assuming since he wore the black shirt) said it would take 10-15 mins for the new pizza. I went out to my car and then immediately went in again to tell him to call me once ready as I was just outside. At that time I saw him put the mushroom pizza box on a shelf. Sitting in the car I saw him take the box down and so got suspicious, so went inside again. Not make this a big deal I just said that I want to cancel the order as 10-15 mins is too much. Then he said "I never said 15 mins..I said 10". Another CSR said it would take 5 mins. So I stood there. Kept watching the whole time..then suddenly someone took the pizza box from the shelf where they typicaly keep pizza already done and give to me. I was surprised as it was not even 5 mins. I opened the box and could see gaps and pressed areas on pizza...very similar to when toppings are removed from a done pizza. So I asked about this. I yelled since this can be dangerous for me with my allergies. I asked for a receipt to which he said get it online..I said I wanted a printed receipt and he said "If you want something from me ask nicely". He said he had made the pizza fresh..so I asked where the old one was and he said he threw it away. I asked his name and he refused...I asked his position and he refused. Fine! I said keep the money but I can't risk my family's health. On my way out he said "Get the F* out of my store". I was zapped. Read morePlaced an online delivery order at 11pm to the Raritan NJ store. Was called by the mgr at 11:10pm that they didn’t have any drivers. I said I would pick it up. They said it would be ready in 20 and I confirmed 11:30. I arrived at 11:30 with 3 people in line ahead of me. There were 3 workers but 1 was leaving when I arrived. One was cleaning up and the other wasn’t effective in what he was doing. He didn’t address the 3 people in line until 11:40. All 3 of the people left without picking up their pizza orders. They said they placed orders but they weren’t found by the workers. When it was my turn I told him about my order and was told it wasn’t started. I asked if he could make them as soon as possible, and he said yes. At 11:50, he had one pizza dough with sauce on it, then he stopped, went into the back them came back up front to tell me he can’t make my order. I asked for a manager. He FaceTimed the manager who I could hear him saying to tell me to F off and if I don’t leave to call the cops. When I heard that, I said this was terrible customer service and he should be fired. I yelled that I placed to order at 11pm and they could make 4 pizzas in an hour. He called me some cursed name and told the worker to threaten again to call the cops. This happened on 12/31 at 11:50pm at the Domino’s Raritan NJ 08869. This is unacceptable behavior by the manager and this store was so mismanaged as 4 orders were provided but not fulfilled.
