My experience with Tropiano & Sons was so great I don't really know how to put it into words, but here's my attempt.

I have been dating my now fiancé for 4 years around the time I walked into their store and met Sonja. Before we even started discussing what I would want for her engagement ring, she sat with me and talked about myself and her, really taking the time to understand what our relationship was all about.

She learned that both of our birthdays fell on the same day just 3 years apart, and that I really wanted to have something with the ring to symbolize both our birthday and how special it is to share that with the person I love, and the month we started dating to always be a reminder of when we all started.

That's when she brought over a setting that had 2 spots on either side that could fit the 2 birthstone gems, and it was perfect for what I wanted. The attention to detail that she brought to helping me design this ring was incredible, from start to finish. The entire process of them repairing and resetting my wedding rings was easy, professional and stress free. I worried and fretted for weeks because I knew that I’d be leaving my ring for an extended period of time as it is platinum but after visiting with the jeweler and staff, my worries were put to rest. I asked them to just check my eternity band but I knew it was fine. I was very wrong and they had to reconstruct the band so that all 20 stones were secure in the setting. Can't say enough about the staff at Tropiano & Son. I came in to the store in mid-July to inquire about a ring, came back on the 24th to have a design ironed out to get started on. Fast forward a few weeks and my Fiance had changed her mind completely on the style she wanted. So we went back to the drawing board. I needed the ring by 8/23 and once we settled on a design (about 2 weeks before that) they somehow were able to get it done a day before I needed it!
