I honestly wish I could give zero stars for this store. We have had more problems over the years that turn into headaches than actually getting an order that tastes and looks as advertised. A huge portion of the staff is normally rude. The last visit we made will be the last. I've tried to utilize the online and carside pickup to avoid too much interaction with their rude employees. I can note there was a younger man with a nice blue car that was very helpful and kind the last time I got carside. This last time I tried for 20 minutes to set up an online carside order. It refused to work and kept telling me to refresh or call the store I was ordering from. So I called the store as I'm finally sitting in front of the window there. I explain and the boy said they can't do anything about the online and the manager said to try and close it all out and start again. I tried and it did the same exact thing and to contact the store. I had a free pizza from piece of the pie rewards and it refused to work with or without the free coupon. So I finally called the store and can see a small brunette answer the phone from the window. I explain I've spent well over 25 minutes trying to order online and she starts off by being short and quick in saying they can't do anything. I then explain it's frustrating and I would then like to place an order over the phone and to get carside. Now she's more rude and I can see the exaggerating body language from my car. She explains that carside is only offered if I order online. I then explain I would rather not enter their store and if there was another way we could do this since their online currently wasn't working. She answers me like I'm stupid and insults me with the fact that their software in the store has no button to be able to make it carside. I then ask if they can write down my car model and I can pay over the phone. She says there's no way. So I give up because she's being so mean on the phone and just want to order and go home finally after a long day of work. I needed a quick way to get a dinner for my family because I got off so late and then online set me back longer. I put in my order with her and she's so quick and short with me still and now you hear clear aggravation from her that she doesn't even want to take my order. I ask her to read back my order because she tried to just hang up after she took my name. She then speed reads the whole order to where you can't understand her. I ask her to please stop and to slow down. She then does and there was already an error with one of my pizzas. I correct her and she continues with being rude about it. Finally get through that and she says how long and hangs up before I could just pay over the phone. I go in to get my order and the same girl is just clearly mean mugging me and glaring from behind the checkout counter with her hand on her hip. I pay and leave. I get home and I shouldn't be surprised. They put way too many green peppers on my pan pizza. My pan pizza is only half cooked. And none of my pizzas are cut through. The gluten free pizza for my son is the worst one we've ever ordered. It looked like my whole order was purposely messed with because she clearly didn't like me. Very unprofessional, one of my pizzas completely inedible. Too much money for them to do what they want as if they run that store. The district manager of that store has been great in the past at correcting these spouts of poor running of the store, and we've ordered after a few months and it seems to turn around for like 2 orders and then it goes back to hell all over again for many years now. We're just done with the store and I hope the store owner is aware that this isn't a one time deal. It's happened multiple times with multiple occasions with myself and with family and friends. We'll no longer go to this dominos again and that girl is probably glad to read I won't, but please learn to be nicer and not be so rude. Everyone has bad days, but this store...
Read moreI am highly disappointed with this Dominos location. Their pizza is made very sloppy and I have had to call in for a new pizza on multiple occasions. Tonight I ordered a bbq pizza and when I received it, it had no taste like it needed more sauce and there was so much cheese just thrown on top. I called and asked for a new pizza with a bit more sauce and upon receiving the new pizza I was dumbfounded to see that it was completely saturated in bbq sauce. I called to complain and the manager, who had made both of these pizzas, was very “apologetic” and condescending. I told them that the other location takes more pride in their work and that maybe they need more training or just need to take a bit more pride in their work and he went on to say, very condescending, that he will retrain everyone and himself even though he had been working there for ten years. He offered me a store credit or “you can just go to the other location” as he put it. Customer service and quality of pizza are definitely worth the one star...

Went there a few weeks ago after I placed an online order and the pizza tracker showed the order was done. When I arrived, someone came out and told me it was still in the oven and would be 10 more minutes (even though tracker showed it was done). After waiting 30 more minutes, I was told once again that it would be an additional 10 minutes. So fed up with the run around, I canceled the order.
