Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rathdrum

I have ordered from Taco Bell several times since “‘Rona“ came to town. I order online and have opted to “Customize It” on something in each order. Then I pay for the order online, including the extra charges for the customizations, and we head to pick it up. The app asks who will pick it up, and I always give my husband’s name. Without exception, they can never find the order under my husband’s name. Once they get that squared away, we order Fire sauce to go with the order. And...without exception, we don’t get the right sauce, nor are the “customizations” included on the item requested... not EVER. There is also never a refund for the missed additions. I feel I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, especially due to the unusual circumstances under which we have all been living, but I think I’m pretty much done. How they can be so consistently WRONG...

I have been ordering from this Taco Bell for years, but recently they spend more time talking to each other than focusing on orders, and not to mention, my burrito was wrapped as if they were five years old.. Both ends were leaking beans. And then I left thinking that my order was right and I realize I was missing stuff. I went back and their response was “uh oh”.. in the tone just felt like they didn’t care cause there’s no accountability amongst this team. One of my missing items were nachos, and there were 7 chips.. , 7😂.. You can’t make this stuff up anymore lol I see bad reviews all the time for Rathdrum and now I understand. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone with half of these fast food places with all these kids poor work Ethics.. Which should be unacceptable which only makes me question who runs these...

And let me tell you, their response to an order mix-up? Absolutely stellar! 🌟 Heartfelt apologies, lightning-fast fix – they were on it! 💨 Such a huge difference from the mess over at the Apple Way Taco Bell. I mean, I bet the Rathdrum team wouldn’t make you buy extra just to get more sauce packets, right? 🤣👌

PS thinking back I do believe this restaurant Taco Bell has always been super Speedy super clean and super friendly might be worth a couple extra miles to hit a really good Taco...
