Average TexMex. Good service and a lot seating, but the food was not very flavorful. We got one combo and they use giant plates but put a very thin layer of rice and beans to fill it, and the tamale and enchilada were small and could have been frozen from a food service supplier. On the other hand, their burrito special that night was big and filling. Their salsa for the chips tasted like a red sauce with some cilantro mixed in.

So I visited this restaurant in rathdrum. Had the shredded beef nachos. I couldn't chew the beef it simply wouldn't break down. I thought it was the mozzarella cause that happens. Brought it home to eat latter. Same thing couldn't break the beef down to swallow. So I investigated. And when you pull it apart you can't. There's like white strings intertwined in it. It's a nice little restaurant the staff is always friendly and the sauce is good except I have been in a couple of times and the plates are hot but the food is cold and they use very little cheese I think it would be better if they used a little bit more cheese and the food was a little bit hotter.
