Westside Pizza — Restaurant in Rathdrum

Please Read entire post. Ordered my pizza and bread sticks on the way home from work. Very professional service on the phone. It would be there in 30-40 minutes. I live less than 2 miles away.

We waited about 40 minutes and then i looked at the tracking text they sent me.

My delivery driver was 13 miles away in Couer d Alene and we live in Rathdrum (2 miles) from the store.

I phoned the store and they already knew, something was wrong as the driver was looking for my house, 13 miles away !!

So the manager said he was getting it sorted out and get the driver headed the right way.

10 minutes later the manager called me and told me……

My order had gotten cold so he was making a NEW order so it would be hot n yummy. AND he was refunding me for my order. My new order was on its way !!

The door bell rings, and the driver turns out to be the owner of the store and is very apologetic and accommodating. We laughed and talked about the situation, i thanked him very much for the hot order and the refund. Also tried to TIP him and he refused it.

I never got upset or a bad feeling about this transaction. ALL employees were extremely polite and respectful. The pizza was perfect !! Bread sticks were delicious.

We will definitely continue supporting this pizza shop and highly recommend the food.

So glad we have a new pizza place in town, close by.

Eat there for the first time tonight had a death by Pizza on a thin crust. The people were very nice very respectful very clean on the inside. They texted me when the pizza is ready. I can’t say enough about the new Westside Pizza....
