Hardee's — Restaurant in Ravenna Township

My parents and I 🛑stopped 📌here to grab a quick 🍴bite for lunch while on our way to our family's 🏡house, and we sort of wish we'd have gone elsewhere. First of all, after 🗣ordering a small 🥤Coke to drink, the girl at the 🚗drive-through told my mom [nicely enough mind you] that "just so you know, our CO2 machine is 🚱down, so the Coke will taste a little 🕳flat." My mom softly chuckled, muttered to us 🤨"just a 'little' flat?", and then 🚫cancelled her 🥤drink. While driving, my parents bit into their 🥪sandwiches/hamburgers🍔, smirked at each other, and both affectively said something like 😕"well this isn't quite as good as I was hoping for." (Apparently the 🍞bread was 💧soggy, among other things). Then, shortly down the 🛣road, my mom (who hadn't eaten yet that day and was ⚠️hungry) opted to throw the last couple bites of her 🥪sandwich out the 🛡window. Lastly, while 👂🏼hearing the not-so-good experience here, my cousin agreed with my parents and said that she had heard some 👎🏼disappointing 💬remarks/reviews of the place from fellow 👥people around the area. Now, I'm not🤐saying that this ⭐Hardee's is automatically bad based solely on this ☝🏼one experience (because honestly it could have 🤞🏻hopefully just been a misrepresentation), but it was enough to probably keep❌us from going out of our way to 🍴eat here 🔂again. I only come to this store when this specific girl is working. I’m convinced whoever trained her, trained her correctly because everyone should be greeted and feel welcomed whenever they come into a store to spend their hard earned money on a meal. I genuinely hate this store location only because of the people who work here. They’re always so snotty and loud but this girl with shoulder length brownish hair is seriously the best employee there!! She always goes above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. She’s always so smiley and nice to me. There’s been a couple of days I went in and could tell she wasn’t having the best day but she doesn’t take it out on customers like other employees there do. I really dislike the short long blonde hair, blue eyed girl there. She’s always the loudest and I can tell she’s very immature. She curses wayyyy too much for my liking and should be more proper when customers are in store. She doesn’t even care if kids are around, she’ll vape in front of them and curse right where they can hear it! Giving this store a one star because of her mainly. The sign stated you closed at 10:00 pm. We were behind a car in the drive thru. After 10 minutes we were finally able to pull to the speaker. First a guy said "sorry we're closed", after stating we were literally right behind the previous car for 10 minutes a woman asked to take our order. Our order was for 6 crispy chicken sandwiches, she said "we're out of crispy chicken sandwiches, but we have grilled chicken", then we asked about chicken tenders and were met with we are out of chicken tenders. We did not want grilled chicken. Now this has happened a total of 4 times at this location (no other location ever have this issue, ever). How are you always out of crispy fried chicken and chicken tenders? I find this very hard to believe. It is very disappointing we keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt just to be consistently disappointed. I think they wanted to close (hence the guy lying about being closed) and already shut down the fryers and didn't want to fulfill our order. They closed at 10:00, it was 8:45. It takes no more than 10 minutes to make the crispy chicken and tenders. This location should be ashamed...
