I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time. I’ve never needed to speak to a manager but baby I could’ve lived with out meeting her as well. She’s very immature. Very unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability for mistakes the store made she gave excuses. When customers are paying money for service I don’t care about why your workers Aren’t trained enough to do their jobs properly. Then when I spoke to her, I can see why. I’ve never had an issue with anything until recently when my order was incorrect. Then another time we gave them the address to deliver to us.. they told us they don’t deliver to us then when I said I literally have called for delivery to my new house a couple times then he comes back and says yes we can. Then after we’ve given them the address twice and had them repeat it.. guess what.. they went to wrong address and never called us back to make things right or anything. Then this last time the woman who took my order, didn’t even know how many numbers are on bank cards!!! Had to repeat my card at least 5 times. I was on break from work (work from home) so I went to pick it up in my pajamas and house shoes (walk in garage don’t judge me) but I asked her 2 times “are you guys able to bring the pizza out” she said yes leave your lights on and someone will come bring you your food. I get there and literally waited 20 min before calling to speak to the manager.. and guess what this child said when I expressed my issue.. she said “well we don’t have your car color or make and model etc” AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT I DIDN’T ANSWER QUESTIONS I NEVER GOT ASKED!!! Then I said well that isn’t my problem I wasn’t asked for that info. And I said I’ve been sitting in you guys parking lot for 20 min in front of the door and watched every last worker watch me sit there the whole time and no one has said anything to me. And guess what miss manager said “well we have people sit in our parking lot all day and night with no order” Like what??????? Idk if this child was a new manager or what but I have never ever had an issue at this store I’ve ordered here over 50 times and this was the first week any issues has occurred. I ended up late from break with a cold pizza. I called to get a new one and the manager of the year says “ma’am it can’t always be as problem with your order” 😵💫😵💫😵💫 I said “lady I just sat in front of your store for 20 min waiting for it while it sat there OFCOURSE something is wrong” anyhow I called corporate and left emails. I’m very disappointed and at this point scared to even order because idk what they would do to my damn food!! That’s the type of vibes I got from this place. Read moreDominos WAS one of our favorites, WAS. Sometimes it takes an odd circumstance to find out who people really are. My mother is on hospice and not expected to be around much longer. We had family in from New York to visit her in her final days. They are salad eaters, so when we ordered from domino's... $80 worth... they got salads. Dominos forgot to give us those salads and we live 20 miles from ravenna. We called and explained they had forgotten the salads, and they said yes, they forgot to get them, apparently the salads are kept in a difft area. He said we could have a 13$ credit on our next visit. We do not eat salads, and our visitors would be gone. We recently had another order, and were told no, we could not have the credit. WE HAD TO TAKE SALADS. It was absolutely ridiculous that they are trying to shove these salads down our throats. Not only did our guests not get thier salads, due to a domino's employee error. Now they want to force us to take salads we do not want. They are continuing to hold the 13$ hostage. We are have been good loyal customers, and to be shown this complete disregard and lack of compassion for our situation, a situation aggravated by a dominos employee that couldnt fill an order correctly.... its appalling. They have good food, but just know, if u have an issue, even if its thier fault, they...
Read moreSo. I have 2 complaints. First the app, not the Ravennas store fault. Had 50points n made a order Friday. Which gives me 10 points wich is enough for my free pizza. Go on app and it doesn't have my 60 points. Just 50 and under it says 10 points pending for 48 hrs which it's going on 72hrs. So my main issue with the Ravenna store is as far as food goes. 5 stars but but if you order anything extra on your pizza I e. Extra meat, cheese etc. you don't get it. If I'm paying an extra charge I want my extra stuff. Last week it was extra cheese cheese. Nope still could see sauce and was same cheese quantity as last week's pizza. This week I said ok no extra cheese let's try sausage. Haha nope, unless u count a cluster of three pieces of sausage on one piece which is a thin crust btw. So all in all. Order the food just don't order extra stuff for them to make money and you not get the extra you paid for. I will not be ordering from here again as it is shady. After my points get added and I get my "emergency" pizza. Stupid title btw. I will be done with this dominos as it is ripping off consumers. " look owner I'm a good manager I'm making all this extra money for the store and don't have to order as much product, where's my bonus". Bad...
