Every single time we go through the drive through to get custard, we order a cone of the flavor of the day. The cone comes out melted with no napkins and this last time we ordered a Concrete Mixer, Chocolate Shake, and a cone of the Flavor of the day. It took us around 30 mins to get our custard and there was people behind us who got there food even before us! Custard should be given at the window REGARDLESS! This is the only Culvers that doesn’t give out custard or even drinks at the window and it’s pathetic. They need to figure out their system to make their drive thru more efficient. I’m sorry, but this is the worst Culvers I’ve ever been to at managing their time and orders. It took one of the employees around 15 mins to come out and speak to us asking what we are waiting on, an additional 10 mins to figure out what our order...
Read moreWhen I pulled in, I was concerned because there was a lineof AR least five cars ahead of me. I placed my order, payed then pulled forward and shut my car off assuming I would be waiting a long while. 5 cars ahead of me, I placed my number on my side mirror, then to my wonderful surprise one after another four people came out to each car, to give all of us our orders. I did not have to wait more then 5 to 8 minutes!! The customer service was amazing, friendly, polite, fast, and had perfect timing. It was like watching a dance of service. Plus the meal was perfectly cooked and presented ! I don't know anyone that works there so I don't have anybodies name, but I'd like the Maneger & staff to know, Great Job!! What a perfect way to end a stressful day!! I will be back, Thank You Culvers of Galena IL...
Read moreTo whom it may concern,
Just stopped in for a bite to eat earlier today. The food was cooked perfectly! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The reason I'm not leaving five stars is because every time I order a concrete mixer, it is never delivered to my table with the rest of the food. I always have to ask about it or go up to the counter and retreive it there. It's most certainly a procedural error when gathering an order onto a tray.
If Culvers management or staff sees this, suggest this:
Implement mandatory TC's (Tray Checks). Before food goes out on the floor to the customer, make sure everything from the customer's receipt is physically on the tray(s). This would be a pretty failsafe way to make sure the customer gets everything at once.
I hope this...
