Our family adores Bing Coffee and has frequented this adorable coffee shop since its opening in January 2021. Always fresh, and always consistent with its product and customer service, Bing Coffee is a true gem for North Cass County! Not only does Bing freshly roast his own coffee beans, you can taste the difference in the high quality drinks he & his staff deliver when compared to competing shops (my favorite is the Bouquet Mocha, with lavender and rose syrup)! While Bing Coffee lacks a drive-thru, they make up for with quick and friendly service, ensuring you are out the door swiftly. And if you can stay awhile, there is plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate.

Lastly, while sharing a review can boost a businesses traffic, one person/family's blantently obvious attempt to tarnish the good reputation of a beloved coffee shop based on one bad experience screams entitlement. Those who frequent Bing Coffee know the stellar quality of the product and its customer service. While not every business can deliver a 5 Star Day, every day, the multiple one-star rants from the same person/family shows stretching the truth and/or overt lying.

Bing Coffee is a small shop located in Raymore, MO. The staff are friendly and informative. I have had great conversation with the owner and it is clear that he is passionate about all things coffee.

There is not a drink that I have tried that has not been superb.

Try the coffee hot, on ice, or blended. Boba is a fun treat as well, and while we adults prefer Matcha with regular boba, kids prefer the popping pearls filled with fruity flavor. Truly, you can find a drink for the whole family.

Buy a bag of coffee and take it home to brew on the very busy mornings you can’t make it to the shop.
