RANT - Raymore, MO Taco Bell - well, we decided to go for tacos tonight. We ordered online for drive through pickup and my daughter went to collect. Had a good size order and everything was correct EXCEPT in place of my 12 soft taco party pack i got 2 soft tacos. I double check my receipt and call the store to speak to the manager. I'm told their screen only showed 2 soft tacos so they cannot help me and they cannot remake my order and have to consider food costs (what about consideration of customer service?). I continue to go in circles and when i ask for the name of whom i'm speaking i get hung up on. I drove out to the store and went into the lobby to talk to the assistant manager. I was informed they did not have a manager only an area trainer of which they refused to give me any number for. After showing my receipt they still refused to correct the order stating they can only do what they show on their screen and that it is a problem with the app and i must go through their customer service. the only way to get my food was to purchase it AGAIN and call customer service to attempt a refund. They provided me with the customer service number which when called closed at 4pm so we kept going round and round with the same logic. I left the store and went through the drive through and ordered the item i was missing. A party pack of 12 soft tacos. Got to the window and showed my receipt that I had already paid. Refused the food again and same logic. I requested again that they call their boss who is "busy cause its our busiest night of the year" so they took my number to have them call me. I waited at the window for a phone call that probably will never come. Eventually the assistant manager gave me 3 options, 1. I could move from the drive through or they would call the police. I never yelled or threatened but it was dickish to block the drive through. 2. I could wait for the phone call (which i was happy to do) or 3. She would be a one time good Samaritan and give me my food but could never do it again. Well option 3 would have saved us all a lot of time and headache if given earlier. I took my food and left. When I took possession of the party pack several people in the store laughed. (I sincerely hope that nothing was done to the food, and after the scene caused had NO intention of finding our or eating it) A problem with the app and your display should not be the customers issue when said customer provides proof of payment and order. I have never had a manager disregard customer service in such a way before but felt this needed to be stated.    Read moreNot bad, but not excellent. Food was fresh, hot and good. Had the appropriate amount of ice in the drinks. No complaints really. However the manager seemed very dismissive and short with me after they realized I was a door dash delivery person and I felt like I was treated bad because of that and that's not fair. Perhaps you may have had a bad experience with another Dasher, but don't take it out on me, I'm new to this location and I have a very good reputation. I never did anything to you. But I love Taco Bell and I am also a customer. I love the Quesorito! I fully acknowledge that people are working hard and doing a good job it seems. Yes times get busy and people get tired, I get it, me too, but please take care of all the customers with quality service and friendliness.    Read moreFirst thing I noticed was it's freezing cold like a morgue. I almost asked if I was dead. đ holy heck food was ice cold as soon as I opened it. I ordered a soft taco add tomato my taco was fine. Loaded well with toppings. I then ordered a chicken avacdo ranch burrito. Instead I got a taco so I took it to the counter and I was given a burrito that was at best 5 inches long it is so tiny. I guess if I scoop out the taco into the burrito I might have a full burrito. My hands were frozen so I took the rest home but please pay attention to portion sizes. The taco costs way less than the burrito.
