I don’t usually post negative reviews but I am sick of being treated badly by employees after showing nothing but respect and patience to them. This Dunkin is an absolute mess. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my coffee that was made wrong. I was then waited on by somebody who was so rude. Didn’t even bother to say you’re welcome after I thanked her for my coffee and proceeded to roll her eyes. Nothing but attitude in ever word she said. It’s not that hard to be nice to people. You never know what other people are going through. I understand customer service is a hard job… I’ve worked in customer service myself at two different Dunkin’ Donuts…. But that doesn’t give you the right to treat people with disrespect even on bad days. If you can’t handle public service then don’t do it. I’m sick of these younger people getting jobs at Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. all these customer service related places and then treating you like garbage. I am never one to complain about service but this was just ridiculous. I’ve been here multiple times since moving to Raynham and every single time I’ve been greeted by the same thing. Long wait, wrong order, and rude staff. And then they expect to be tipped....
Read moreI rarely post reviews anywhere, especially negative ones. I feel bad even posting this, but this is the worst Dunkin around. This morning I ordered a large iced coffee, a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and hash browns through the drive-thru. Pretty simple stuff. I received my coffee and was told to pull up and wait for my food, which I've done before and it's no big deal. I waited 15 minutes for a WAKEUP WRAP AND HASHBROWNS. I knew at that point they must've forgotten about me, so I went in to ask about my food, and let them know I've been waiting 15 minutes, not in a rude way, but just so they know that i was forgotten. The girl behind the counter searched around where the drive thru window was, and found it, gave it to me and didn't apologize or anything. Just handed it to me like I had just ordered it. I get back in my car and ALSO realized they made my coffee wrong (I hadn't taken a sip of it yet until I got my food). I didn't bother going back in at that point. I'll also mention this isn't the first time I've waited a super long time for anything there either, there was another time I waited a whole half hour in the drive thru. I've learned my lesson, and will never go back to this...
Read moreSo today was my first time going to this dd,and the power is out everywhere else local.So place is mobbed 15 people in front of me,knowones happy and the poor girl's the only one running a register but not her bad!its abnormally busy and shes still courteous and friendly to each customer,the young lady in front of me was very cool,we were at the register finally and I got a text saying power was back on but was not about to get out of line! I have faith in humanity again because while waiting for our orders I jokingly said to the very cool lady in front of me, hey! I'll buy half that bacon and she insisted that I take the order she had on top of the bag and handed it to me,I only hope I see her again someday and I will return the very cool! gesture.theres alot to be said about just a nice conversation about family and life in general. I hope she has a great day she made the wait more bearable.Service was as good as possible for...
