Frankie & Dia's Ice Cream and Hot Cocoa — Restaurant in Raynham

This shop was tucked in the corner of an unassuming shopping plaza and delivered a lot more than I was expecting. The entire aesthetic of the place is charming and the decor was festive and cute.

They have a selection of unique hot cocoas for the season that all sound amazing. I tried the Merrill Mint as well as the Johnson’s Pong Peanut Butter. Both of them were incredibly tasty and an exciting blend of flavors all executed well. The ice cream they serve is from Crescent Ridge from Sharon, MA which is one of the best locally made ice creams you can get. All of the sundaes and frappes sound incredible and I hope to try them all in future visits.

There was one employee working the shop and he was one of the hardest working folks I’ve encountered in awhile. He took the orders, made the food, answered the phone, helped DoorDash drivers with pickups, and was friendly and polite the whole time. We didn’t have to wait very long and saw him successfully juggle all of these things without sacrificing quality or service.

This is a wonderful place to go out for ice cream. Walking in the place is clean and beautifully designed and decorated. The white washed brick with inviting seating for friends to gather for a sundae or two. The staff were extremely friendly and meticulous in their preparation and presentation of the sundaes and cones we ordered. The flavor of the ice cream was rich and delightful. I am happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem during my visit to the area. It was an experience worth every penny. The owners should be proud of this establishment and the wonderful employees who served my group recently. Me and my boyfriend came in around 8:30 and ordered two things. He ordered a waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream and he received it a few minutes after. Someone one of the workers knew came in and they must’ve obviously got distracted and forgot what I had ordered. I waited 25 minutes and did not receive my frappe and my boyfriend had to remind the worker about my frappe. If it was busy I would have understood but it was just us in the store. When my boyfriend reminded the worker he didn’t even know what we were talking about. They were to concerned with closing as I heard one of them say “we’re never getting out of here”.
