IHOP — Restaurant in Raynham

Horrible... took over an hour to get a take out order for one adult and one child... once getting home and looking at what we got, I noticed it wasn't what I ordered for one, the eggs were overcooked, the toast was hard and dry (think croutons), and I felt bad for the staff or lack thereof... it was about 5 PM on a Sunday in December and only 2 girls were working the whole floor alone with 2 new cooks working the back that required help from at least one of the girls each time one went back they would have to go over everything with the cooks again... the cooks had only 2 weeks of training before my night In IHOP... I felt so bad watching the girls running in circles trying to get to everyone as prompt as possible, but they were also without a busboy who showed up after I'd watched the girls struggling at least 30 minutes... if I'd known where they kept their broom I would've swept up for them at least... something else I noticed, but might be standard now, but the tables didn't get their carafe of coffee with enough mugs for those seated... it's been years since I've been, but do remember having the option of one cup or the carafe... maybe nobody requested one or maybe they don't offer anymore because I did see a lot of seated people poking their heads out looking for their waitress and it was usually for more coffee except once when it was for a bottle of ketchup but the gentleman took one of a table that hadn't been cleared yet... when the girl who had taken my order had come out, I'd asked her how it was coming and she said yes she'd be right back with it, so she ran outback and came out and passed it off to me, but I reminded her I hadn't paid yet... maybe I should've just gone with the flow because it wasn't worth paying for what looked like someone's leftovers... the waffle was even cut up as if it was someone's leftovers and put in a black plastic box... I requested toppings on the side, the topping was supposed to be the fruit: strawberries, but instead, it was just this red sticky jelly.. and so soggy not even a toaster oven could...

If I could give Zamira NEGATIVE 3 stars I would! This was truly the most horrible restaurant experience of my entire life. We were seated and it took 5 minutes before someone actually came over to take our order. We were plenty ready for our beverages and ordering food. We ordered coffee and water. It took 23 minutes to get the drinks. Drinks were delivered-empty cups and a small pot of coffee placed beside it? Is this the way they serve drinks at IHOP?

It took another 40 minutes to get the food. I had chicken and waffles. The chicken was nice and hot and tasty, the waffles still had cold sections to them as though someone intentionally put it on a cold plate or freezer? My girlfriend ordered eggs toast and bacon and has browns which were brought out just over 5 minutes after mine was delivered. ( I was almost done eating my frozen waffle-sicles by then).

We watched 5 families ( 3 or more people) get their food and drinks before us. 3 of these families were waited on by the same woman.

After watching Zamira walk to and from the register and pass our table 7 times without checking on us, we asked for a manager. The manager came out from a back room somewhere and could not stop apologizing yet didn't hear our concerns. ( check # 9399235) 1250pm Oct 23rd 2022

From this point on, Zamira actually attended less to us than before? if that was even possible?

At no time were we rude or obnoxious. We even cleaned our own table and stacked the cups and plates.

For further proof please check out the camera at the register closest to the kitchen where we sat, you'll see this is all truthful. We hope Zamira can find a job that is more suitable for her attitude and work ethic. Maybe try grass cutting or landscaping, might be less people...

Currently here... But in short of this summary, different cheffs and staff, waitress was nice, but you can tell the cook was both lazy and inconsistent, ridiculous wait time and poor food presentation...

Came here with my family for Father's day, as they seemed to have had a descent experience before... Out the back, they noticed there was not much people here compared to before so we got a table and ordered what we wanted almost immediately... The wait time was ridiculous, I mean "I could've literally cooked myself a whole Katchupa while waiting..." Stated my grandmother. Even my little sister kept saying how they got their food way earlier last time and how it was even super busy then compared to how empty it is now, then still proceeded to wait much longer and complain about how hungry she was...

The food finally comes out and my pops and mother are excited after telling me how good their presentations were... we get the food and the look on my parents face instantly drops... They both look up and go, "yeah this is nothing compared to last time it looks like a completely different dish", not even a comparison... so we ask the nice waitress if it's a different cook to which she responds yes.... We get our food in parts, so I wait forever for my sister to get hers to start eating on top of the time already waited for ours... And there was either no sauce when there was supposed to be or wrong sauce for things that made no sense...

Food taste itself was acceptable, the waitress seemed like a kind individual, and the noise level was good enough to be able to talk undisturbed...

Whatever cook worked Sunday Jun15 between 12 pm and 2:30pm absolutely horrible... But...
